Motorpoint - Ipswich Opiniones

Cameron Higgins was honest, fun to do business with and the team at Ipswich Motorpoint that we had contact with were all incredible helpful. Very efficient. Done at they promised, it was a pleasure buying and selling a car with them .

I'm happy with the car and the deal I got from the company

Great customer service, very polite and helpful team, especially James Gittin from head office and Connor from the Ipswich office.
We were told the car would be ready to drive away when we viewed it, but the service history was not available to view when we arrived (they said they would send afterwards) but this should have been available on the day as we then had to make a second journey to collect (I wasn't happy to buy a car without seeing service history). Overall though a great buying experience and would highly recommend motorpoint for your car purchase. Thank you

Great service great staff

Connor a great help and very customer oriented.
All staff were very nice.

Tom was really knowledgeable and made the whole process stress free from start to finish. I found what I was looking for and didn’t feel pressured into upgrading any deals. I was recommended by many friends to look at motorpoint and would be happy to do the same in the future for others. The whole team were really friendly.

All the staff were very welcoming, on each visit to motor point.

Honest and friendly, not pushy like some sales teams can be.

Cameron was our main point of contact for our purchase and we can’t fault the service we received. He always answered our questions, explained everything in detail and followed up with us.

The whole experience of buying my new car and trading in old car was made so easy with Motorpoint!! Very happy with my new BMW, great car and Tom made the process very smooth and explained everything perfectly!

Good service, helpful, knowledgeable sales person.

Very good service and pleased with my new car

The choice of vehicles was great and having them all there to compare made choosing easier. The staff were helpful and not pushy. All in all a great experience.

Great customer service from Connor and Sehran. Throughout the process, I changed my mind multiple times about which car I wanted, and they remained incredibly patient and understanding. Never felt pressured and they were happy to answer all my questions clearly and discuss each option I had available in detailed, which made me fell comfortable and confident about my final decision. Very happy with my car. Thank you.

This is the 5th car we have bought from Motorpoint. Our repeat custom says it all.

Very good service, found what we were looking for. Very pleased with Cameron

Fantastic salesman Conor who gave great advice, listened and wasn't at all 'pushy'. He gave us time to think and all the information I needed. LOVE my car....

Good service, polite staff, good amount of stock to choose from.

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff made the car buying very simple. Non pushy Sales team which is good I think. We were difficult customers is so far as we kept changing our mind on which car we REALLY wanted. Thus didn’t faze the team who were understanding. Ollie and Cameron dealt with our sale and they were both professional.

Very helpful staff and made the trade in and purchase so easy

The sale consultant was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and charming.

He understood our concerns and reassured us of purchasing a vehicle with the company and its benefits.

He answered all our questions without hesitation and confidently. which I found entirely encouraging

He made us feel that the company would be able to deal with any queries or future issues.

Found this very reassuring.
