Absolutely pathetic experience with this place. I got a new car which when I viewed had some minor damage, I was promised this was fixed but as the car got delivered to me at 9pm after a 12 hour shift I didn’t think to check this as I’d been promised it was repaired by the sales person. Next day I seen it was still broken, rang them straight away and had to jump through hoops, it took me 2 weeks to actually get someone to acknowledge the car needed fixing. To top it off they kindly gave me the key to a completely different car sat on the forecourt aswell. I’ve waited near 2 months to get it booked in for repair, was told it’ll be a 1 hour job and I can wait, I’ve driven 1 hour after a 12 hour night shift to be told it’ll be 5 hours, I explained I can’t just walk home and I’m after a night shift and was met with “you can wait or rearrange”. Given the fact it was a 1 hour drive I didn’t fancy wasting any more fuel and didn’t want to spend anymore time in here. They also paid the settlement figure of my old car late meaning I was paying for 2 cars for a month. I will never be shopping with this place again, I’d rather just get the bus everywhere…..

Very low pressure sale, able to browse the car I was looking at. Options were provided thoughtfully and Paul's advice was genuine and helpful.

He explained all the steps he needed to do, such as finance, but there was no pressure to take up any offer. It really was being informed of our options without pressure.

Me and my husband dealt with Steve. I bought my Fiat 500 e. Steve was really knowledgeable and supported me through the process. He answered all my queries and the process of transferring the vehicle over to me was really easy. Highly recommend. Thanks

I bought a toyota corolla 2022 and they told me they serviced the car, yet when I cleaned and checked the car myself the air filter was dirty.
Plus the shock make noises.

Quick and smooth service, very friendly, Sal has been amazing he was very attentive and looked after us making sure we knew about everything regarding paper work and the car itself. He even greeted us with coffee (which was very nice) although Sal has been with this particular Motor Range he is a credit to your company. Thank you Sal

I highly recommend Motor Range car sales. My car broke down and it was so old - not worth fixing again. After looking at many paces we end up here and it was so nice to have enough time to look around and we were not pushed for hard sales.
Would like to give a shout to Paul Eastwood ant this branch and say Thank you for his professionalism, great advice and no question was left unanswered. We got new car super clean and sparkly, all documents were prepared perfectly. Paul sorted all!

Brilliant customer service from Alec and Izain. These guys are top notch in customer service. Very attentive, fast response and explicit to ensure customer happiness. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys.

Ryan was really helpful from the start. Gave us a clear understanding of what it would cost for the car and everything included and made sure everything was perfect for handover. He kept in contact and made sure any questions I asked he answered and didnt mither me pestering him with lots and lots every day.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted extremely curiously by Sal. He made us feel relaxed and at ease. The finance manager Alec came on board when we had decided to purchase a fantastic BYD Seal. He was efficient and walked us through every step of the application. Our finance was accepted and we drove the vehicle away on the same day. Very very happy you so much, thank you.

Fantastic experience! From walking through the door Nav gave us a nice warm welcome. Helped show us options of cars and had good knowledge on them. Alec sorted the finance and worked well with Nav to make sure we were looked after and they took care of everything.

Got car from here in September engine management light came on in November had it scanned and found out the cause took it to these as I’ve got warranty they had it for a full day said no light came on could be battery issue. I know it wasn’t. Cleared the light carried on light came back on couple weeks later scanned it again sent them proof of the issue they took it in to be repaired on Wednesday 21st of Jan 26. So nearly 2 months to get a repair took the car on the motorway on the 25th of Jan light came back on seems like it’s not even been repaired and just cleared the light again as did before. Will be looking at how to return the car and going else where

​The salesman, Sean, was incredibly knowledgeable and went the extra mile to look after us. He even arranged to have the car transferred from the Liverpool branch for me at no extra charge, which was a huge help. I visited with my three kids and they really enjoyed the visit; the team made us all feel so welcome, making the whole experience much easier for me.
​When it came to the paperwork, the Manager, AJ, was brilliant. He simplified the various finance options, making everything clear and easy to understand.
