we wanted to update our new address, my wife decided not to proceed with them after realising it would cost £16.50, she phoned the council instead costing us nothing, how ever this company still took the money even though we never used their services, they agreed on chat box they would refund us but never have...PLEASE DOINT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY< READ THE REVEIWS OF US VICTIMS !

For a start it could be HONEST ! I mistakenly paid my TV Licence through them, £159. That was in March. I am still asking for my money back now in May. They just don't want to know. I have since renewed my licence via the correct site. They are so bent they cannot lay straight in bed ! HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM !

This company are scammers and fraudulent. I have contacted the police and they have used a CRIME REPORT on the company as fraudulent, enough said

I can only confirm that this company is a scam.
I accidentally used them instead of the official TV renewal site. I paid £169 for the £159 TV renewal.
I immediately realised my mistake and cancelled the transaction, as recommended by them, via live chat. I was told that my money will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days. I now am at day 12. No refund, no reaction on one ve chat, no response to 3 emails.
This is Daylight robbery.

Hello all, Hopefully you have read this email prior to using this company. I used to renew a TV license (full £159) and paid to receive ….nothing. No license (realised when overdue letter arrived) and contacted company to get the same again….nothing …..no response which obviously led to getting no money back. I blame myself for using this website as usually more savvy when online, but hey, hopefully this review can stop similar happening again to someone else.

Website was easy to use and I have now updated all of the companies I needed to when moving house I think I did broadband TV licence and a couple of others will recommend service to others as has saved me about 5/6 hours on the phone thanks again

I paid for one year at £159 but never get any license. I wished I could have read the comments here before acting. I don't think I can have any refund after reading most comments here. I wonder why the Government/police/TV Licensing are not taking any action to prosecute them given the many complaints made here but still allowing them to make profit illegally.

Send many times inquires for unidentified payment and no feedback up to now.

Mistakenly got sent here by Google who else,
Cost me £16.50 and they couldn’t even get the address right.
This was for tv license and straight from the letter from the licensing authority wt
Don’t use avoid they say they keep the paperwork that’s why I looked them up otherwise might have lost a whole lot more

We mistakenly trusted the letter we received from the tv licencing authority, and believed that we needed to pay another annual payment directly for using tv. Sadly the payment went not to the tv licensing authority, but TO MOVEMY Ltd. Criminals? Not a nasty enough description of these scheisters. Based on a 4th floor rent a desk location in London.

They made it seem like I was paying £16 to TV Licensing to change my home address. I thought it was a new cost but no it was just MoveMy taking £16 for doing nothing. Luckily I spotted my error in trusting this page and was able to find the correct TV Licensing website page. Hard to believe Trading Standards cannot get a grip of these people.

My husband thought that he’d paid our tv licence on the proper government website but had been taken onto this companies site and paid for it with debit card. That was 4 days ago and our tv licence still hasn’t been paid!! Presume a scam . Wouldn’t use this site at all !!

website was straightforward and easy to use the only thing I would say is it’s missing one or two suppliers I would recommend to review your list but overall happy with the time that I have saved as it usually takes me 5/6 hours of calling and finding contact details, j b

I used this company to move my council tax and was told I would hear back within 10days .. that was on 20th feb!! Still not heard anything and my emails are not being answered !!! … not hopeful in getting a refund !!😡

Really happy with the move my service use them to update all of the companies when moving house was really struggling to get hold of them no one seems to want to answer the phone it’s all automated these days this has been really helpful and the live chat was also helpful in guiding me through

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Just found out after months of believing I had to pay to move my tv license that I was scammed into paying £16.50 when I went through the process on tv licensing website and put through to this website. My licence still havnt been moved and now trying to get refunded

Tried for days to contact all of the companies such as council tax broadband et cetera not getting anywhere it seems like no one has any staff at the moment and it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get anything done

Decided to use this service and was all done in about 10 minutes website easy to use and has saved me a lot of time

Do not use this company. I was misled to think this this was the official way to update my TV licence after moving house, which is actually free of charge. I had regular emails from this team asking for more information to change my details, however since I have asked for a refund I have had no response. I actually changed the details myself so they did not give me the service I paid for, but will not confirm a refund.

Overall the experience was worth the fee I have updated seven of my supplier companies when moving house tried to contact a couple of them by phone and it was a bit of a nightmare glad I’ve now done this online website was easy to use helpful service from the live chat teamthanks you rob
