I must have mis-spelled the TV license address and these scammers have bought the domains for every misspelling.

OMG - AVOID AVOID this company at all costs. If I could give no stars I would. They manage to get their website on google above the genuine TV licensing site where you can update your details for free. When moving you are so frazzled with so much to do, it's easy to get fooled into clicking on this site by mistake as it pops up first. They take £16.50 for an address change you can make yourself on the genuine site in a couple of minutes. I realised my mistake a few minutes after I'd done it, so tried to contact them via their chat - it didn't work, the chat messages wouldn't send and got an error. I then sent an email via 'contact us' as their policy states they will give a refund within a certain period if the changes haven't been done yet. I have received NO response. I also requested they remove my details from their Database as they now have my card details. Again no response, so they are also not conforming to GDPR. They are a complete scam company and I'm so mad I made the mistake, I'm usually so careful. However tired and rushed you are, DO NOT be taken in!

Found this website on the off chance was quick and easy to fill out and the team was helpful via the live chat service I’ve now completed my updates for my house move

Quick convenient way to update everyone you need to when moving took me a bit longer than expected but has saved me a great deal of time when I actually think how much time it usually takes me to update everybody but overall happy with the service

What a perfect example of friendly and helpful customer service, my partner and I have just moved into a new property and needed help transferring all of our accounts it is so frustrating trying to get hold of all of these companies by phone the last year they never answer and send you round in circles, so what choice do you have but to go online, thanks Lucy

Fast efficient service from movemy, updated all of my suppliers 4 weeks ago and have received confirmation from most of them that the accounts have been updated thanks again will use again one day

Great service and friendly team to talk to when stuck using the website only one thing i would say it they are missing 1 or 2 companies from the list, plz update for next time

I am moving into my new flat next week and have used move my to update all of my services in September pleased to say this has now been completed thanks for the efficient service happy to leave a review due to the completion of the updates thank you very much

Service was good obviously at the moment most of the time people are looking to save money with services however the time saved has made the process much easier than we are normally moving house so I would recommend as it was time saving overall

Could not fault the service provided it has made my life easier i have updated TV Licence, Gas/Elec, Virgin Media and few others with not a single annoying phone call, would highly recommend that everyone tries this at least once there is a lot of things hard about moving house but this was helpful

This is fraud! I have just lost £41 it is not the official TV licensing company and I cannot work out how to cancel it

Website very easy to use service has saved me a great deal of time rather than having to contact all of these different companies good to see services like this that help save time.

Really impressed with the service by move my got stuck on a few things via the website and the live chat agents were instantly available to guide me through the process I have now updated seven different companies when moving house and I think it’s well worth the fee considering the amount of time that you save

Often find it very difficult to contact companies getting hold of scottish power and tv licence has often been a nightmare, even trying to find a postage address for them has proven difficult.
