The automated system didn’t make me jump through a lot of hoops and I got connected quickly to Elisabeth who was very helpful, courteous and professional. She understood my situation and helped make the necessary changes to my reservation. A very pleasant experience all around!

Telephone Customer Service
I dialed the phone number for assistance with adding a second driver to my car reservation. Nina answered IMMEDIATELY and I didn't have to "Press 1" (or any other number) to speak with a REAL human being. She was polite and informative. No "phone tag" run-around to be able to speak with someone. Please DON'T EVER go to a non-human system like other companies are doing.

Good Follow Up Re Car Hire
Elisabeth from Movly phoned me to ask about my car hire experience Movly had arranged. There had been a number of issues, some with my bank, when arranging the car hire but there was very good support from Movly. I asked Elisabeth about my 500 euro deposit, this was returned 2 days later. I would have arranged car hire elsewhere, if I hadn't received such good support.

Paid for car, then tried to charge me more before receiving car, then was told to pay for pre paid fuel as cheaper than garage, then charged a deposit and then took more money from account after I returned home even though there was no extra charges anywhere and no one bothering to return messages.

Shockingly awesome experience
I was shocked at how great this experience was! I found a car for $800 less than directly with the agencies through Kayak and I was honestly skeptical but the savings made it worth trying. It was super easy to book using the site then manage my reservation in the app. The pick up experience at the airport was seamless at the Budget desk directly and was even better than some Hertz Gold pick up experiences I've had recently. I will definitely use Movly for future rentals and recommend giving it a try where available!

To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about using Movly, as I had never heard of it before. But it turned out to be a very easy and smooth experience. The car that Movli contracted for me was with Budget and I did not have any hiccups at the Budget counter nor during my whole rental period.
I saved a lot of money with Movli and it was a breeze!!
