The item was despatched the same day and we were contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery slot. A better price than we were expecting and good service - thank you.

Helpful service and good delivery time for item that was ordered

Bought a mower from CGS recently, great to deal with, quick contact and dispatch and of course competitive pricing. Oh and the mower is outrageously good. Very happy customer.

Recently took in Stihl repair and also purchased child quad. Both items received first class service. The repair was completed to very good standards and the sales details explained to us enabling us to decide on model was excellent. Communication continued delivery arranged and as per arrangement it arrived in very good order.

Had product prior so knew that would be fine.
Transaction straight forward, Andrew was easy to deal with. Promised weekend delivery, however delivery company let Mowerplus down due to driver shortage for the day. No issues with that and no impact on my returning to Mowerplus/Congleton Garden Machinery

Quick delivery on a pallet, well protected,engine had been filled with oil, which I didn't expect, ready to go.Very quiet and cuts very fine

Could not process an online purchase because the mandatory address catagory 'Region/State' does not include South Lanarkshire or Lanarkshire, either of which I could have used, so could not complete purchase. I Messaged Mowerplus but got no response.

Very good advice on buying the right lawn mower. As we live close by it was even delivered.

Superb price on a Honda mower, came delivered all set up on a pallet which was a fantastic surprise. I thought it would just be in the bix for me to set up

On 5 January, I purchased a Stihl chainsaw and ordered a driveshaft for my Stihl hedge cutter. I took the old driveshaft in so they could ensure the right part was ordered. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I rang to speak with Claire who I ordered the part off. After holding for 15 minutes, I gave up and rang a bit later. This time I got through to Claire and was told the part had arrived. I drove the 10 miles from home to Congleton only to find that the wrong part had been ordered (it was too small). Claire didn’t really know what to do. After it became apparent that I’d have to wait again, I asked for a refund. There was no apology for the failure to call me nor the wasted journey. In the end I got the part from PJS in Leek, which arrived within 2 days and correlated with the part number I’d originally given to Claire. CGM, or Mowersplus, may be cheap but don’t expect decent service. In future, I’ll stick with my local stockist.
