I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware of the service I received from Moy Furniture.

I paid for both delivery and the premium white glove service, but the experience was anything but premium. My delivery arrived late with no communication whatsoever. My mother had to sit in my house for hours waiting, while I spent my holiday glued to my phone expecting the promised updates that never came.

When the delivery finally arrived, they had brought the wrong dresser, meaning I now have to wait even longer for my order to be completed. There was no apology and no proactive communication throughout the process.

To make matters worse, I wrote a formal complaint detailing everything that happened and, so far, it has been completely ignored.

Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, a lack of accountability and ignoring customer complaints are far harder to accept. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Moy Furniture.

What a wonderful shop fantastic staff really look after you delivery drivers very careful when delivering your products would I shop there again hell yes 👌🌻

We bought furniture from Martin today and couldn't be happier with the service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure, just great customer service from start to finish. The furniture is excellent quality, and the whole experience was a pleasure. Great overall experience. Very friendly floor staff who were extremely helpful in helping us choose our sofas. Delivery was smooth and both drives were professional and easy to work with!

I highly recommend Moy Furniture Centre. I visited twice before I made up my mind. I spoke to two different sales people who had nothing but time and endless options before helping me make my choice of sofa. Delivery was prompt and professional. Will definitely be back in future.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Stephen was very thorough taking us through each sofa so we could make the right choice for us. We had a really pleasant experience in Moy Furniture. By far the best furniture shop we have been too, so much choice and great quality pieces. Would definitely recommend.

I had been looking online for a new bedframe and found what I liked on the Moy Furniture Centre website.
I travelled down to their retail shop and knew as soon as I walked in that it was just what I wanted and more.
The sales person Stephen was extremely helpful and everyone was so friendly.
The high quality, selection and affordable prices will definitely mean I will purchase here again.

Bought a hallway table in the sale it arrived 3 weeks later damaged so the delivery guys took it back then and there. I was expecting a I phone call the next day expecting a sorry or an explanation-nothing! I rang the day after and they said it was reordered with no sorry 😔
4 weeks later I’ve got my hall table-almost 2months all in all when it says 10-12 days for delivery! Still waiting on that apology from them worst customer care I’ve ever experienced never again. I would have got it a lot quicker from England

We visited Moy Furniture after it was recommended to us by friends, and we’re so glad we did. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us to browse at our own pace without any pressure.

Before visiting, we had a good idea of what we wanted, but we were struggling to make a final decision. We eventually asked Marty for some advice, and he was fantastic. He never rushed us, made us feel completely at ease, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge and guidance helped us choose the perfect sofa and chairs for our home.

We’ll definitely be back to purchase more furniture in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Moy Furniture and Marty to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service

I bought my bedroom furniture and a lot of other pieces for my new house online, had a great experience free delivery and the delivery men couldn’t of been more helpful, this is the second time I have kitted a house out with Moy Furniture and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From the initial placement of my order, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions, giving me confidence that everything was progressing smoothly.
The delivery and assembly team were outstanding. They arrived on time, were friendly, courteous, and highly professional. The furniture was delivered with great care, quickly and efficiently, and the delivery team ensured everything was set up exactly as required before leaving.

This is my second purchase from Moy Furniture Centre online. I purchased the Windermere table and sideboard and was so impressed I recently purchased the matching sideboard! The service is first class initially you get a call confirming delivery date and then a call on the day from the driver confirming times. Once they arrived in each occasion they brought the furniture in and placed it exactly where it had to go. Will buy again!
