Can’t say a bad thing about our experience with Moy Furniture. They gave us a great deal on our dining table and kept it at their warehouse whilst our dining chairs were on the way. They delivered it all together, very quickly and assembled it for us. Everyone I dealt with at Moy furniture has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.

Lovely staff and quality items. Delivery was well communicated and fast. Delivery men phoned half an hr away so no waiting in and delivered to room of choice and unboxed. Great service with a follow up phone call to check I was happy with everything.

My beautiful chesterfield sofa was delivered within a good time frame by 2 supportive, friendly drivers that brought it carefully into our home

I recently ordered a long bowl from MOY Furniture and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The service was truly second to none.
From the moment I placed the order, I received regular email updates at every stage, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The delivery itself was excellent, and the product arrived in perfect condition—clearly very high quality.
What really stood out was the level of care after delivery. A week later, they even gave me a courtesy call to check that I was happy with my purchase, which is something you don’t often see.
Overall, their customer service is outstanding (big thanks Stephen for doing a great job).It’s clear that Moy Furniture genuinely values its customers and takes pride in delivering a great experience. The shop sell lovely pieces of high end home accessories and they also do Klarna option online which makes easier to buy if you prefer to split the cost. I would absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Delighted with the service from Moy Park and love my new table and chairs. They were so accommodating with supplying additional chairs until my order was in stock (which were also a high quality beautiful chairs) Delivery service was brilliant, I was updated when the delivery was and called before hand which was great. Honestly can't recommend mou furniture enough.

Moy Furniture were fantastic from first contact. Stephen was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions about the bed we were purchasing. Online purchase was straight forward and we received a quick follow up call to let us know when to expect delivery. On delivery the staff were polite, helpful and friendly and quickly put the bed together for us - it looks great and we are delighted with our purchase - could not recommend Moy Furniture enough

The range and selection of stock that they had available for us to choose from was magnificent.

I recently ordered some Senses products through the Moy Furniture Centres website and had a great experience. The site was very simple to use, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. Delivery was also fast, which was a big plus. Overall, a smooth and efficient service, I’d definitely order from them again!

Always greeted with friendly faces and professional staff. Range of furniture is exceptional….really high quality stand out pieces across the store. I fell in love with the Italian Franco ferri sofa range and had been in on several visits with John to check sizes and colours. We visited the Moy Furniture Centre shortly after buying our first home together. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming.
They helped us find a king-size mattress and bed frame that suited our budget, and we were able to personalise the colour and material of the bed frame.
Our bed arrived a week earlier than expected, and we really appreciated the phone call updates keeping us informed. The delivery team were friendly, professional, and took great care bringing everything in. The bed and mattress are of such good quality and so comfortable! We would definitely recommend Moy Furniture Centre and will happily shop here again in the future. Thank you so much!

Our family have been going to the Moy Furniture Centre for years now, they will not be beat on the quality and service instore. Our Furniture has lasted us all a lifetime! Marty was brilliant to deal with!

Terrible.
Bought a table last year, took weeks longer to come than what I was originally promised. After having table a few weeks, not yet even used, gaps in oak wood started to show, it looks dreadful as the wood was stained you can see huge unstained gaps. Got in touch to complain and never have I received any contact back. Had planned on buying other pieces for my house but have not returned and won’t be. After I had ordered table another shop told me they stoped selling this brand as poor quality but Moy still sells and seems to let you think they are the only people to be able to get brand but in fact others don’t want to sell. Disappointed and would definitely avoid!
