MPFunds is one of the best propfirm I've been trading with. I managed to get funded account and received payouts several times with no problem at all. I would say that there are no hidden rules beside what have been writen on their webpage. I only wish they add MT5 as another option of trading platform because with Ctrader an expert advisor can't be used.
Overall, strongly recommended.

I'm thrilled to share that my experience with MP Funds, my first-ever funded prop firm account, has been nothing short of remarkable. From the user-friendly interface of the website to the prompt responsiveness of their customer service team and the incredibly fast payouts, every aspect has exceeded my expectations.

The best propfirm I've been trading with, as of now. Fair rules, decent pricing. Got my very first payout from them. It was fast. However, I violated the trading rule and ended up breaching the account. Looking forward to buy another challenge from MPFunds.

MPFunds is my first experience with CTrader
MPFunds is my first experience with CTrader and having the only experience in trading was on MT4/MT5, I was afraid that CTrader is not a thing for me. Boy I was wrong, Ctrader helps a lot, especially with pre-calculating risks on my trades. So if anybody has doubts with MPFunds because of CTader, my advice is just give it a try, its awkward in the beginning, especially when trying to figure out one click trading ( Quicktrade on Ctrader). Im still on phase 1, will write another review if i get through funding.
My suggestion for MPFunds is on the account dashboard, maybe you can add whats the min account balance before hitting drawdown, on top of your max amount for drawdown can be made. I hope you can take this into consideration, Cheers

I bought the $10K challenge on 13th…
I bought the $10K challenge on 13th november 2023 and has been trading daily for a total 10 trading with overall profit of $303.44. And suddenly today on 20th november, MPFUNDS failed my challenge because of maximum daily loss breached with a daily loss of $600.64 from a trade which I never took. The biggest loss I took was $360.44 on 16th november 2023 and th loss before that was $128 on 15th november 2023. THATS ON ENTIRELY DIFFERENT DAY! So i never hit the maximum daily loss. Even if those two losses are summed, it's only amount to $488.44 not $600.64. There was never a $600.64 loss on my trade history on the MPFUNDS dashboard, so where did the $600.64 loss trade came from if I never took the trade?

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to write a review. However, upon checking, we realised our Support Team has already investigated and informed you the reason for your failure.
In case you have missed it, here are the details:

Your account has violated the max daily loss limit of 5% on 17 November (UTC+0). Hence, your Phase 1 challenge was deemed as failed.
On this date (17th November), you closed a position of $-360.64 (Deal ID: 2998856), and another trade (Deal ID: 2999082) that, at one point of time, went into negative drawdown which violated the 5% max daily loss limit before you finally closed it in profit.
The Max Daily Loss Limit represents the Maximum Permitted Loss that can be incurred in a single day. This applies to ALL OPEN and CLOSED positions. The Daily Loss Limit resets at 00:00hrs (UTC+0) every day. Hence, traders are expected to ensure that their account equity does not fall below the 5% threshold drawdown each day.
Please note that the reset occurs at 00:00 hour (UTC+0) time, and not your local time.

MPFunds is the only Asia based prop…
MPFunds is the only Asia based prop firm.
Their support team respond is fast and they know what they doing. I am confident as they are based in SG which is not easy to get a license from MAS.
Will definitely give it a try this month.
I had been traded with other prop firm like FTMO and TFT. Is time to diversified. Will update the review again once i tried with MP Funds. See you around! Cheers

Great experience
Started the phase 1 challenge earlier this month and the experience is great so far. The rules are clear and the support team's response time is fast. The cTrader platform is great and much more user friendly than MT5.

Everything are good until the rule breach notification
Registration, signing up, selecting plans, and payments all are smooth, cTrader is the only platform have to re-learn.
Reading that one of the comments that someone breached the rules and was still able to continue the challenge till Phase 1 and only got to know he/she was disqualified due to rules breach earlier, this is a big turndown when we passed the Phases and got to know that we were disqualified but not notification sent upon 1-2 days after breaching the rules, MPF please consider adding this notification in future.

I was fortunate enough to win the 25k challenge account previously. It was an invaluable learning experience, allowing me to hone my trading skills for a whole month. While I successfully passed the first phase, I fell short in the second phase. However, this setback didn't discourage me. A great prop firm with really good spreads and commissions, with market executions that are essentially instant.
