Great company with reliable
I attended the MPfunds grand opening in Thailand. The event is better than my expectation. Good management, knowledge and many rewards providing at the event. I got the reward about 272 US from MPfunds. I also registered MPfunds challenges, the application and dashboard is easy to use.

The Good and Bad
Customer support is pretty friendly and efficient. Low requirements to get funded and withdraw profits, compared to the other prop firms. Good UI on website.
However, for Swing Accounts, the leverage is only 1:30 and max lot size of 50. This has been a great problem for my $200k account challenge as I keep getting margin calls and not enough lot size to place a proper risked trade. (P.S. I mostly take trades with small stop-loss sizes, hence I'm having this issue. Traders with larger stop-losses shouldn't face this issue). Also, the broker cTrader has quite a bit of slippages in the entries and exit, which is not ideal.
Overall, a very good prop firm and if you are trading on the lower timeframes, you will probably face the same issues as me. Otherwise, all's good!

It is crucial to note that Swing Accounts are meant for longer term traders with a wider stop loss to hold over the weekends or news events - hence the lower leverage. Also, the leverage and lot sizes are set according to our data to ensure that there's proper risk management for both the trader, and us! Regardless, thank you for your feedback regarding this!
We also note your comments on slippages with cTrader. This feedback is invaluable, and we are in discussions with our technology providers to minimise this issue and improve execution quality.

For your first reward payout, additional steps like account verification (1-2 business days) and KYC (1-2 business days) are necessary to ensure everything is processed securely and properly.
Your first reward payout request was made on a Friday, 12th April at 9:27pm (GMT+8), and all procedures were completed by Tuesday, 16th April at 9:09pm (GMT+8), which is within our estimate of 2-4 business days to process it, excluding the weekends.
We want to assure you that this process is in place to protect all parties involved and is generally faster than the industry standard, where the average time can exceed 7 business days.
