Excellent Seller. Ana and Sophia were both very helpful. I discovered my projector had a fault. Not the actual Lamp Module. They helped me through the process and I appreciate all the help that they gave to me. I will definitely buy from MPL again.

Took ages to be delivered and then they changed the delivery point to a location that no longer even works with UPS!!
Other than that, product was excellent.

Initial contact from the chat was amazing - new to projectors and help and guidance received on checking that his solution was my best bet and also what to do to return the part if it’s not.

Guidance given on how to check via manual of my projector supplied and then a how to guide and also managed to assist with fast track delivery last Friday before Xmas to enable family entertainment with my projector up and running - amazing!!

Excellent service. Very quick and got us out of a Christmas hole. Also half the price than when I bought elsewhere 3 years ago.

I am very pleased with the product and also the packaging that kept my projector lamp safe. It was easy to fit too. I was appalled by the delivery service (UPS) who told me four times at 24 intervals that they were unable to deliver the product. This caused me considerable expense to find another projector and great embarrassment as I had to postpone and cancel a number of lectures. Please use another carrier!

MyProjectorLamps UK are based in Amsterdam, a division of Boon Trading. Having already misrepresented their location, they then sent the wrong part, late. A frustrating waste of time, I'm waiting on a refund. If I were you I'd seek out a genuine UK supplier.

This company supplies first class original lamps not cheaper generic versions. Fast service and well packed.

The Optoma projector lamp I ordered was delivered very quickly and the lamp was indeed an OEM genuine lamp, which hasn't always been the case from other suppliers. I would highly recommend MyProjectorLamps and will be using them again.

Fantastic purchase.

I was looking for a replacement bulb but the whole market is a minefield. I was recommended MPL on a forum and glad I was. The lamp was straight forward to change out and looks a good bit brighter now. Saved me buying a new projector!

The lamp was delivered promptly and was well packed to prevent damage in transit.

received the lamp as stated on delivery ,opened it up ,fitted it,and it did not work. got an engineer out to check the machine as it kept flashing up there was a problem with the bulb.He check everything ,turns out,the filament is an open circit and will never work. phoned up customer services who explaned to me they do not send out faulty bulbs there was no point as it only causes problems. Do they think we are all lying , stupid people, or perhaps just somebody who want there equipment to work as when they ordered the bulb in good faith.since my review the company has agreed to send me a new bulb,after supplying all the information they requested ,I did not have to go to the trouble of returning the bulb,which was very kind of them. Thanks

The lamp arrived on time as expected. I only fitted the lamp a couple of days ago but all seems good. Only time will tell on how good thevlamp is.

I can't really say enough about how easy this company is to deal with.
Even though it's a .co.uk website, they are actually Netherlands based - don't let this worry you, the website is easy to navigate and find the lamp you need, it's easy to pay for and the shipping is excellent.
Packaging is brilliant (in fact it took me longer to get into the pack than it did to replace the lamp).
This company will be my goto for projector lamps.
