Total scam. Ordered a German Shepherd and they sent a plastic poodle with black ears. Cheap crap.

They refused to correct, they said the poodle was a German Shepherd. I sent them pictures from their website of the poodle and German Shepherd, they refused to fix.

This company is a fraud. They advertise stating the owner passed away and selling everything at 80% discount. The product is nothing as advertised in size, quality, appearance. It's a cheap piece of hard plastic. It was shipped to me from Illinois but when trying to return they want it sent back to an Asian person in an unknown Asian country. They need to be shut down by state or federal authorities. Please do not buy anything from this website and we should all report the issues to credit card companies and state and federal authorities to prevent them from scamming anyone else.

I don't give this a 1 star review. I'm sadness by the poor quality as I bought this for a gift to mother as her Maltese is in poor health.this woman should be ashamed of herself as she reaps the benefits of hard earned money. How can I get my money back? I couldn't have been more embarrassed when she opened it around my family. I hope she knows JESUS SEES HER.

I came across their site didn’t order any lamps received an email my order was confirmed this is concerning. Keep them from scamming people .

Never received the items ordered. Tracking links showed no departure location and no locations of route. Links worked for only a day. My internet security software labeled their links as a risk and blocked them. Upon investigation this company is located in London. Images online appear to be AI generated. Buyer beware!

got my money back from my credit card company today these people are idiots how are they still able to be a company doing business, this was for a order in october. tried to mail many times with no results somehow my order number can't be found anymore. i made big mistake never deal with a company that does not have a phone number

I placed and and paid for an order in October - I have had a run around with it being delivered ever since - I have never received it and no one will respond to my request for a refund

Purchased a lamp of a dog shown to be about 8 to 10" on their website.
What i received was 5" tall. The dog was molded with plasrtic to look like stain glass. It looked like a plastic toy that one would purchase for a child for about $5. I paid $54.
The item was very poorly manufactured and looked nothing like the photo they have on their website.
What they did was a bate-and-switch.
Contacted customer service and they offered 15% refund and for me to keep the unwanted item. They were very good at ripping off the customers, but very bad at making things right for the customers.
Never do business with them.

Was not stained glass, was plastic and painted. Sad and very disappointing.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I should have read the many negative reviews before I purchased two of these cheap looking lamps. I spent $90.00 dollars and they look like something you can find in the dollar store for maybe $7.00. Now trying to get my money back and send these cheap lamps back to this awful company. biggest rip off I Ihave ever seen. Planning to let the Better Busines Bureau know about this so maybe they can shut this company down before anyone else gets fleeced by this unscrupulous company!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Terrible plastic scam. Facebook lured me in. They will not refund my money. Initially offered 15% refund and then upped it to 20%. I'm contesting charge with credit card company.

I would give a zero rating if I could. Order placed November 1st still haven't received, multiple requests for refund since its obviously not showing up..nothing. Lesson learned the hard way, complete scam.

They are cheap, not nice as described, took forever to get, don't buy from them, waste of money, a scam!!

How can this business say these products are incredible, I would love to hear from them, they have no shame in being proud of their work, I would never buy or recommend them to my worst enemy. Do not buy from them, they have an email address but won’t let you send it !!!!, if I could attach photos of the disappointed product I would . So disgusted and angry that they are getting away with selling such things, it’s not even like the product advertised on their website ????? Don’t buy from this MR GLOW, should be named Mr SCAM !!!

I ordered a French dog. The lamp we got wasn't close to looking like the picture they say they make. Plus I paid twice the amount from their Mr. GLOW website than what Amazon shows. So sad. I emailed them but no reply

If I was able to give 1 or zero scores, I would. Its so easy to order, but so difficult to return..Costumer service is horrible. They never respond to emails. No directions on how to return items. Cheap plastic.. They are from a different country. They want me to pay for the shipping costs back. Please, never trust this company. They are absolutely horrible.

These are not stained glass. They are plastic and don't look anything like what is on the website. Then we you ask for a refund they ghost you. I had to get a reversal of charges from my credit card company

I failed to read the reviews and was scammed, just like a lot of other people. They are cheap, tiny , plastic lamps that look nothing like what was advertised.
