Mr Glow is a total scam!!!! I received a cheap plastic 5.00 at most plastic lamp that looked like a dollar store toy. I was charged 52.00 for a total piece of junk. Was depicted online as a beautiful stained glass handmade turtle lamp that a Mom & Pop business was selling at half price bc they were going out of business!! What a disgrace and disgusting scam!!!! That fake add was on Facebook btw.

I wish I could give less than a 1. Not close to advertised. Just plain garbage.

What a scam!!! Plastic, cheap crap made on mass from China!! There's no back story of a husband and wife crafting for years!!£60 wasted!!shame on them!! Not even worth giving to a child

This company is a scam. More than a scam they are fraudulent. I am embarrassed.

Bought 2 lamps, NEVER got ANY legit tracking info that you could actually use. Took over 3 weeks to just suddenly show up. As MANY others have said, VERY CHEAP QUALITY, extremely small and look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the “advertising” photos on the website. Also, a “fishing expedition sob story” asking for additional money to “help the widow” is BEYOND INAPPROPRIATE. Suffice it to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING ABOUT MR. GLOW OR THE ZERO QUALITY PRODUCTS BEING TOUTED. Only good thing was due to the company ALSO supposedly “going out of business” the prices were less (but still ridiculous for the cheap trinkets being sold) so at least I didn’t get as financially raped as I could have! STAY AWAY, DO NOT FALL FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISING OF POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THE SOB STORIES. ALL LIES!!!!

My experience with this company is very much familiar to those already posted!! I ordered the lamps in October 2025. The last email I got from them stated that the lamps were in a warehouse... I still don't have the lamps. And all emails from them have "disappeared"! I submitted a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Rose, co-founder of Mr. Glow, had the nerves to emails me with promotions for their new products!!

The item sent bears very little resemblance to the item in the website. Extremely cheap unattractive plastic toy. I regret being scammed.

Do not buy from this company.. lamp was nothing like the picture, it was plastic not glass, it was tiny, so disapointed, sent a few emails requesting refund but no answer, they keep bombarding you to buy more but no way, its absolutely disgusting. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM......

Buyer beware. No wonder they're going out of business. Not the mom n pop as represented. The 'lamp' is maybe 5 inches tall and made completely of plastic. Needs USB for power and there is no way to replace the bulb. I am embarrassed that I fell for this crap.

I have emailed the company several times trying to find out where my" lamps" I ordered are. Tracking doesn't work and no response to my recent email sent. I guess I didn't research into company deep enough otherwise I would have found this sight and never ordered my so called "lights".

SCAM ALERT. If I could give a negative star review I would. This "lamp" is cheap plastic. DO NOT BUY!!! I contacted the company and did receive an answer. I demanded a refund, but instead they are sending me a replacement because as one of my many bullet points said in my email, mine doesn't even work when you plug it in.

As others have noted, the lamps are cheap plastic and are definitely not like those shown in the ads. I tried to get a refund but was unsuccessful. DO NOT BUY.

scam Alert! Do not buy it. You can get these on Amazon for 80 percent cheaper. Never have I been duped in my life. Glad I didn't (but never would) pay 300.00 for one. Always research a company if you are not sure of what they are offering. Lesson learned.

D*** i* I wish I would have looked online first once again. I have been scammed, please. I am sending this review simply because I'm sick of people like this out there. Taking advantage of people I do not have the money to just throw away on junk. And these people get away with this s***, so please do not order from these people. It is junk. I tell you junk paying $55 for a piece of plastic with painted on paint when I was expecting an elaborate\n Class painted item. Now, I disputed the charge, but they're still going to get away with it.So don't order from them , they're scamartist , they're everywhere

Like the other ones say it’s a total scam, you don’t get what you are looking at. I filed with Amazon and PayPal and the company got back to me and gave me an address to ship it to. More like Timbuktu. Cost twice as much to send it as it did to get a refund. Total shafting

IF I could place less than 1 star, I would. I purchased 2 items from Mr. Glow on Facebook website only to be scammed!! The description did not match the item(s) received over 2 weeks later - very inadequate, poor quality. I have attempted many times to contact this company through the email site for customer service to give instructions on returning item(s) without getting this request answered. However, received 1 email offering 15% refund of purchase price and to keep the product(s) to which I replied immediately NO, want refund and instructions. To date, received no further responses. This day I contacted my financial institution to dispute the amount they charged me for this very inferior product(s) way outside of the description given for what I expected to receive. If you see anything from Mr. Glow - don't fall into the scam!!

Advertisements of the products show stained glass and the products are much larger in size on the pictures that Mr Glow company is showing. The products are tiny and made from plastic. The products are very much overpriced. Very poor quality. Ads are very deceiving. If you place an order from Mr. Glow, you will be very disappointed. My advice to the public is not to buy anything from them.

I have been had. It has soured me on buying ANYTHING online. The advertising is false…VERY MISLEADING. The claim that these are “created” by a person here is a lie. It says Made in China, and the “lamp” (if you can call it that) is tiny, plastic, and poorly painted. DO NOT BUY

100% SCAM!!! I wish I would have looked at this site before buying. Yes - I bought 2 lamps on October 10/10/2025. It is now 12/3/2025. I followed the instructions to return something. The problem is, I NEVER received anything from them - not even a phone call!! When I emailed them, next to non-existent email responses. The couple I have received offered very little hope. When I tried to track the packages - that was a scam as well. It tried to mimic a real shipping company, but it was far from it. Now when I try to use it to track, it's the ol' Page404 rule. There is no longer even a page there. I am sure nothing was shipped. Nothing short of criminal and I am pursuing as such.
