Before working with MRD Technologies to upgrade our servers and implement SonicWall technology across all our sites, we were losing countless hours to poor performance and persistent network issues.

Since the upgrades, our systems have been running reliably and securely, giving us peace of mind and allowing our team to focus on what we do best. The improvement has been night and day. TERRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID!!

Don't have a clue what they are doing when it comes to business telecoms. I ordered a leased line which was installed but didn't work. Charlie was absolutely CLUELESS and Derek just rude.

After MONTHS of silence, dumbass answers and me not knowing what was going on, I tried to overdose TWICE.

They were NOT registered with Ofcom or the telecoms ombudsman, so there is no way for telecoms customers to complain. They will just blame their supplier and Openreach whilst leaving you in the dark - so much so that I wanted to end my life out of months of frustration.

Do yourselves a favour and stay away.

Good value for a great service

After years of speaking with Derek we finally had a requirement to upgrade our comms room and chose MRD to do the work. The experience from start to finish was carried out so professionally. We were kept up to date with progress and the work was completed as estimated within the time scale. The engineer even cleaned up after himself every step of the way!! We will definitely choose MRD Technologies again.

Open Awards have worked with MRD for a number of years initially contracting with them for our mobile and broadband lease line then moving to a hosted phone system through MRD. In January 2022 we moved our IT support contract to MRD as we were very happy with the service we received.

They have created efficiencies for us and Derek makes us feel like a valued customer. We would not hesitate in recommending MRD to any other company.
