Odyssey were contacted to install new phone lines and computer ports

Odyssey were contacted to install various new telephone and computer points for our Firm. The engineer Darren was fantastic, so polite, courteous and super efficient! He installed exactly what we wanted with no fuss, no mess, just an excellent service and a real credit to his firm. So nice to have an engineer who knows his stuff! Thank you Darren!

Phone System Upgrade

WE asked Odyssey to upgrade our existing telephone systems, which they were happy to help us with. We had some problems along the way, but this was beyond Odyssey's control. Special shout out to Sam, who has been brilliant throughout the full installation, training and problem solving. A lovely young man who is a credit to Odyssey!! Thanks Sam!!

We had our internet system updated by Lee and Jake at Cleveland and Cosmetic Implant clinic, they were both very helpful, friendly and likable.

Efficient and clean and tidy

Efficient and clean and tidy. We have upgraded our sytem due to some staff members working from home and this has been done quickly and efficiently with the mimimum of fuss and maximum customer services. Special mention to both Darren and Joe who have been fantastic

New Phone Line Installed

Jake visited our site yesterday to install a new phone line to our nursery area. He was extremely approachable and answered all of our questions. He really went out of his way to ensure the job was done right and we understood how to operate the phone system before he left. Friendly, professional, trustworthy, approachable! Thank you for a great service - Would recommend.

Decent, honest guys!

Needed some work doing on our data equipment in the hotel and the guys (I
think they were called Darren, Joe and Lee) did an amazing job. They've looked after our whole group to be honest so I would definitely recommend them!

Tyneside Golf Club - Installation and customer service superb.

We have just renewed our contract and taken the opportunity to upgrade our telephone system and Wi-Fi. The installation team were fantastic and resolved any challenges quickly and efficiently. Delighted with the outcome. Throughout I have found their customer service to be superb and I would highly recommend any business to consider using Odyssey.

Excellent first class service

The service, help and assistance we have received from Odyssey since we starting using them in February has been excellent and you could not ask for anymore.

Have relocated our business to home addresses in the last few days due to virus lockdown and the help and assistance provided by Louise and Andrew has been brilliant and really helped us to continue to trade without to much disruption.

Certainly made the right decision to move to Odyssey and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

Superb Customer Service

Louise on customer services, Jack and Jake engineers all went above and beyond to help me in my time of need to change over a router and associated problems. Excellent service, couldn't have been better - highly recommended.

You only know how good a system is when…

You only know how good a system is when you need it - Internet went down of Friday, back up system kicked in and Alan rang me from Odyssey to say there was an alert their end to say the system had failed. Alan was brilliant and followed it up Saturday morning, it was found to be a fault at the BT exchange, Thanks Alan great customer care. Michael Reed.
