Like other reviews I wish I read before using this site, they do not pay out on winnings.

I recently deposited £100 into this casino and won over £2000 on slots. But when I tried to withdraw winnings they said that bonus terms and conditions were breached. There was no warning that betting over £5 spins would “abuse” their bonus policy when the bets were placed. They are happy to take your money but as soon as you win this is a problem written at the bottom of page 9 on their terms and conditions.

When contacting customer service you are responded with what I can only presume is a robotic system as for every different question asked you get word for word the same response.

I have never written a review before in my life but just feel I had to put this out and hopefully people read this before using the site like i did.

To top it off they have locked me out of the account so I can no longer contact them. Could not explain how illegitimate this online Casio is.
