I don't have the words to describe how bad this site is, it should be barred and fined by whoever regulates these sites, customer service -50, fairness - 50, responsible gambling site -50, won 8.5 thousand after spending 1000 intially and are pretty much refusing to pay out trying to tell me to wait until management contact me no word after a month can't speak to anyone management don't have an email so don't understand how they are going to contact me anyway, trying to wait as long as they can so they think I will forget about it, I would recommend taking your money and throwing it in the bin before I would recommend this site never again

I've been playing here for a while no problems with withdrawals whatsoever made a withdrawal last Sunday was asked for documents 2 days later I've emailed tried to get through to chat for a week and I've been totally ignored I've sent in everything they've asked for their chat doesn't bother replying at all and now Im still waiting for £1000 but have nobody helping me at all with it so disappointed. UPDATE . MANAGED GO get through to someone again who asked for documents and fully ignored me after I asked her to speak to her team as I've been waiting for the withdrawal for a long time.

MR Mega tried to process my 1st deposit. So once I agreed to an amount then the Terms and conditions pop up. I read these T&C immediately then go back to see if there is an alternative way to pay and I find they have tried to take payment already. This is backwards! Been depositing with Mr Mega and used sister sites. But cheeky they have a deposit fee but that’s my choice. Anyway deposited £500 and it’s left my bank, never got credited to my account and now in limbo waiting to get it back, waited 24 hours and annoying, this is just frustrating.

Deposited over £200 into account and balance not updated. When I queried it they said it can take upto 48 hours although it says instantly on their website. The money has left my bank account and is showing as settled but over a day later and the money still isn’t available. They’re now saying payment didn’t go through. Website is slow keeps logging out and lots of bets aren’t accepted. I would avoid using this platform.

Update: Still no response about this from Mr Mega. Have raised a complaint via AskGamblers but still no resolution.

Signed up with Mr Mega and deposited 2 x £800. Placed some bets and made a small profit leaving a balance of £1730. As I hadn’t provided bank account statements to one of their sister companies they said they would have to close down my account and return my deposits. I agreed to that and my account was closed.
1 week later I’ve had zero contact around my returned deposits and they will not respond to any emails.

Really bad service, also they charge you to deposit?? Just a way to make even more money, should be enough that you deposit on there site.

19 days now from I placed a bet arsenal fc to lead first 10 minutes (winning bet)

After being told the bet lost because arsenal did not score until minute 11 Once I sent multiple screenshots confirming they were wrong they backtracked and kept putting me of saying wait for an email that never arrives.

After 19 days I went on to live chat again and I was told the bet has been voided as it was settled incorrectly, I said I know it was settled incorrectly thats my whole point it needs settled as a win not a loss. Instead they have voided the bet deleted it completely from the account as if thwyre hiding something and haven't returned the stake.

They keep shutting me down of live chat, absolute conmen. They will not pay you out they won't settle your bets. The customer service is 100% the worst 8 ever ever experienced. Its pathetic please stay clear of this site they seill steal your money. I have many many screenshots confirming the bet market and the bet placed and multiple customer service reps confirming the bet is a winner and will be settled soon correctly.
