Good selection, especially for household and seasonal . There not as cheap as an other well know discount store in Ireland and I would not spend spend a couple of euro extra on certain items than an other store sell the exact same thing for good 3 or 4 € cheaper.

I met an extremely helpful,polite and caring staff member today named Logan. He spent significant time trying to assist me will nil success. After we departed he continued his search of my request and found what I needed,badly. He chased after me to ensure I got my item and with a smile. If all staff made that effort our experiences in stores would always be a pleasure. Logan your boss should note your efforts

Just visited the Ballincollig store today. I purchased balloons for my daughters Debs . The young gentleman that serviced me was so helpful, polite and did an absolutely fantastic Job .

Was in Mr Price ATHY Co., Kildare today getting some school provisions for my grandson and had no idea where anything was so a bit frazzled .A young lady that works there her name I think Harran or Harram was so helpful and polite .She came around the shop showing me where everything was .She made it a very easy shopping and stress free experience 🙏🙏Thank you .

The man that helped was excellent. Was very friendly and made me feel welcome. His name is Michael and works at trinity street. Couldn't recommend more. Thank you so much.

All prices in store Limerick are presented with no VAT so they are wrong and misleading. I got suprise while paying everything was extra 23% added to a bill. this against consumer rights! Prices MUST present correct values!!!!

I am quite disappointed because of a price I had a budget because I was buying something for my mother and that budget was €3.50 and I bought a pack of pencils and the shelf said it was€0.99 it turned out to be €1.99 and now i have went over the budget over all 3stars

I had an amazing experience with a lovely girl called Jasmine in mr price in the kilbarry store when purchasing balloons and other items. She was so helpful in helping me find products I was looking for and did this with a big smile on your face , her friendly demeanour and helpful, kind personality traits made a huge impact on my experience in the store. As well as helping myself I watched her help an old lady carry her shopping out to her car when she realised the lady could not carry the heavy items which I thought was amazing. The customer service Jasmine showed to us in the store is a true representation of the good reputation of brilliant customer service the store has.

We had a disaster on Friday morning we had someone do wedding balloons for my best friend's wedding. When we arrived at the venue on Friday morning most of the balloons had deflated we didn't know what to do. We called Mr price in Waterford and a lovely lady called Susan answered the phone we explained what had happened and asked if she could help straight away she said she would she would sort out new balloons for us not to worry within a hour she had all new balloons for us and saved the day without Susan we would have had no table decorations and the poor bride would have been so upset on her weeding day. Susan in your store reserves a pay rise and credit for all she did for us without her the day would have been ruined. We have told everyone if they ever need balloons or anything to please go to Susan in Mr price as she is a life saver and ye are very lucky to have people like this working in your store.

This helpful young gentleman by the name of Otto at the till was serving with a smile and extremely helpful and tall

Pricing is constantly wrong. Brought up the issue many many times doesn't seem to be getting any better
Bring up items to till thinking they are the price they clearly have displayed on the shelves only to see you've been over charged by €3/€4 on the receipt.
Not a once off either seems to be constantly happening. I never ever leave the shop with no receipt now because it has happened way too many times to be able to trust any of the prices they advertise.

I was recently in Mr Price store in Ballinasloe and had trouble finding what I was looking for but thanks to the very kind Leanne i was able to get what I needed, very helpful and professional girl.

I was in Mr Price today and a lovely lady called Leanne was very polite and offered great service to me. A credit to her store in Ballinasloe.

I attended the store in Ballinasloe, to purchase some balloons for my daughter’s birthday .
I was so grateful to the balloon lady (leanne) who was very patient and willing to help me decide what to buy. Very friendly young lady.

I highly recommend this store and the lovely leanne if anyone is looking for balloons for any occasion.

I was in the Ballinasloe store recently shopping for a birthday party. The selection was excellent and the store assistant on the till (his name was Aaron ) was extremely helpful and very professional. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone

I went into the blanchardstown Mr price and was completely lost and a man called Patrick came over and asked me what i was looking for and how she could help. I couldn't fault the help Patrick gave me and is a credit too the shop and staff.

This store has been getting worse with the last few months. It’s a busy shop and there is normally only one till open. When a customer wants to order helium balloons this staff member on the till has to art Ed to this customer. The queue gets very long before a second staff member opens another till. I have just left the shop now without making my purchase. I was waiting ten minutes in queue while the only person on till was taking a balloon order. A Second Lady eventually came to open a second till. She was sucking a lollipop and no interest in the customers. This is unacceptable and I just left because I had other things to do. It’s a shame because it’s a great shop but unfortunately there seems to be no management visible .

Just want to say Micheal Lawrence in the longford store was amazing..had a balloon issue and he had no problem helping me in regards to this he was very chatty and professional paddy was also very pleasant both lads were very attentive just wana say thanks a million to they saved the day for my sons birthday..

I was in gorey shop last week gathering a few bits and I needed some help finding something and this lovely member of staff went above and beyond for me she was such a polite lady even asked if I need help to my car with my bags. She said her name was shell and id recommend her for help in the shop if u were ever stuck for something in the gorey shop.

I was looking for spray paint for about 5mins and this one girl Oliwia came up to me and asked me if i needed help and showed me right to the spray paint. Service very good
