WA review.

Experienced, Competent and Confident is the Scaff crew who work at Henderson WA led by Nathan Hammil the site Supervisor an absolute asset to this company who delivers the highest quality service to his customers and a privilege to work with.

Unfornately the Henderson office/ Management is a Toxic environment on a Daily basis.
The Manager/ Scheduler who runs the branch is Rude, Disrespectful, Negative, Belittling, Ignorant, Lacks acknowledgement of more experienced and Qualified personnel, Intentionally remains Idle and refuses to offer assistance while questioning others integrity and accountability even that of senior employees?, Unapproachable then Emotional and Aggressive when politely responding to these issues. And to top it off Micro Management like if never seen in 30 years.

Hence the high turnover in office staff. You've been warned.

The company can help by not sending unwanted marketing emails to people who are never likely to use them.

Very poor communication standards
Placed and was invoiced for a small top up load to an existing order purchased months ago, was told the inventory was delivered and in transit - then told a week later that some boofhead manager decided not to send the load - what kind of business do you run?

Easy, simple process. Did what they said they would when….. thanks.

I found these via google and they were much cheaper than Kennards so thought I'd give them a go. I expected service not to be great but I was surprised. Everybody I spoke with was helpful and honest. I got the mobile tower scaffold for home use. Would definitely use again.

We had a fantastic experience recently when we had a job that required a small mobile scaffold.
The product range was presented to suit our needs. The amount of documentation supplied for assembly including a link to a YouTube video was impressive. An order was placed and accounts swiftly took payment. The scaffold was delivered early the next day. An achievement in itself in these trying times

Great staff and did exactly what they said they would do every time.

I am still chasing an invoice nearly 2 weeks after payment was processed on our M/Card & works were completed??? this is their response

Final invoice gets sent out after completion of works. It needs to be approved by Management before it is sent.

I am still waiting for an invoice. I need to reconcile for last month.

Great team, very responsive. Did their best to sort me out.

I recently hired tower scaffolding for a home job and everybody i dealt with from quoting to hiring, delivering and pickup were professional, curtious and obliging.The scaffolding was in A1 condition a i would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great to work with and accommodating where possible

The process of purchase went smoothly, and once we had paid the full amount, it only took a couple of weeks for the delivery to our doorstop. The local delivery firm was very accomodating and craned in our pile of scaffold exactly as we asked.
