I had to call back 5 times to chase…
I had to call back 5 times to chase delivery of scaffold that had been paid for. depot rang and asked when I`m picking up the order..clearly did not read the order form. We have purchased multiple times with you guys. people simply did not do their job...still waiting for delivery too

Even over the Christmas Break Mr Scaffold had my Purchase here at Wauchope in record time. Jake was very Professional and on time getting back to me with my quote.
All in all they are very easy to deal with.

Sales was extremely good. Able to arrange own freight without trouble. Only downside was dispatch label was almost lost. I think it could have been more securely attached.

Very clear and easy communication, transaction was quick and delivery was even quicker. I dealt with Jake in sales and would recommend his services, very professional. The product is great, exactly what I was after and at a reasonable and competitive price. Would recommend this company and product.
