USED TO be great... Now terrible!
I have ordered from mrsmeyers.com several times, and have always been happy until the last two times. I completely understand that businesses are still having supply chain issues and I get that. My frustration is that when they finally have the items I want in stock so I can order them, they don't seem to actually SEND them! I placed an order and received a shipping notification and then waited two weeks before reaching out. They would not refund my order and blamed FEDEX. I spoke to Fedex and they said that they never received the order! Mrs. Meyers made me wait another week and all of a sudden, I started getting shipping updates! Unfortunately, I ordered 9 of one of the seasonal items and only received 3! I reached out and after 3 days finally was issued a refund. Disappointed because I asked for them to send the product, not a refund, even if it was backordered! Finally, the product was back in stock so I ordered what I wanted, but the fabric softener and sachets are not. This last order should last me about a year and that is good because I plan to evaluate other products to switch to.
On top of that, the folks you speak to on the phone are borderline belligerent and with MASSIVE attitude. I'm done with them!
