The only problem I have is the one that MrSnuffUK has. That is customs and bureaucracy. This, with the need to resolve reregistration. This is no fault of MrSnuffUK, just HMG requirements. That... Ver más

Slow service
Slow service. It was New Year and 1 holiday in between but 10 days is a little bit too slow to be honest.
One thing that really bothered me was the estimated shipping time was stated AFTER placing the order! Had I known that 1 week is their usual shipping time I doubt if I would have placed the order.
The item itself was fine though and it was the only stockist in the country at the time. So I appreciate that.

Brilliant service good choices
Brilliant service good choices - shame about cost of postage as when you use the bargain basement the postage often costs more than the products

We printed out this review and left it on the desks and in the warehouse. Thank you so much for your kind words, they really motivate us all.
Takes a week for order to arrive
It was quick and easy to order
But postage takes a week if your lucky
No option for express or first class

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that the ordering process was easy, but sorry to hear about the shipping delay. We're constantly exploring ways to expedite shipping, such as partnering with faster carriers and optimizing our fulfillment process.
We'll try to do it better.
Fast and reliable ✅
Ok so its a bit more expensive than buying from "abroad" but at least you will for sure get their snus fix, and faster than they even tell you..
Totally recommend this shop, will 100% return 😊
