I wanted to learn how to sew and Mrs quilty was there to help me and now I've started my own little business because I Mrs quilty! I had an issue following one of their YouTube tutorials and I let them know and I got back to me very fast with a new video. They are here to help!

I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical at first. But I ordered the monthly box since I could cancel after the first order if I wasn’t happy with the purchase. Well, my daughter and I are awaiting our 9th box and we have ordered her a monthly box with 16 additional fat quarters. So yeah we’re happy with Mrs. Quilty.

I recently made a purchase through Mrs. Quilty, and overall, I’m very satisfied with how everything went.
The website was easy to use, and I found it very easy to locate the item I wanted and had an easy time making the purchase.
Checkout was straightforward, and I appreciated the multiple payment options offered.
Amelia in customer service was also responsive—I had an initial problem with receiving my patterns through email but was informed I would receive help within 24 hours, and they did follow through to ensure I was able to get my complete purchase as agreed.
Overall, I’d definitely shop here again. The process was seamless from start to finish, and the product was received through email as expected. It’s refreshing to see an online store prioritize both user experience and customer service.

I LOVE Mrs. Quilty!
I was skeptical after reading some negative reviews, but just goes to show, those can be misleading! I took a chance and started a subscription. I am NOT disappointed at all and am very pleased with each monthly box. The customer support/service is excellent! I look forward to each box, the cute fabrics, and the excellent patterns (for beginners and more advanced sewists.

I must say one of the best experiences I’ve had with Mrs. Quilty, is the customer service. It stands above any other company I’ve dealt with. They are quick to respond to your questions or concerns, they are very kind, and they know their product.
I absolutely love the materials. Some are a little different than what I’d choose, but the projects always look amazing when I finish.

My subscription box was delayed in the mail for some unknown reason. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted Mrs. Quilty. Their customer service team was by far one of the best I’ve encountered. They were helpful, reassuring, and responsive to my concerns.

Learnig to quilt is fun! Don't let things scare you, easy to do!
My experience was I thought was excited, but I was appreciative of the videos that demonstrated technical problems that I might arise, as I started I relized my childhood experience was in this great beginners project, made it fun even when I saw my work not coming together, I had patients and then things started to be fun!
