They have great customer service. We had a little hiccup on my latest box received and they were very helpful getting things straightened out for me. Their fabrics and tools are of great quality. I'm very happy with my subscription.

I was getting overwhelmed with my volunteer work and felt like I needed to put a stop to my Mrs. Quilty boxes for a few months. Somehow i missed this next box and was too late to stop it. Not only were they super nice about my reason to pause (cat rescue) they gave me 50% off.

It was fun getting my first box
It was fun getting my first box! The fabrics are so pretty and the instructions are easy to understand.
I love that I can use the booklet (yes a real printed out one!) And the video to see what i need to do.
The response when I ask a question/email is fast and personal.
I have just started my first project....when I get it done I'll post a picture. My struggle is the fabric is so pretty I don't want to cut it! Lol
I'm super excited to learn more about actual quilting...I've made a few blankets over the years but just sewed them like a garment and never understood how to actually quilt!

Mrs Quilty has excellent customer…
Mrs Quilty has excellent customer Service, they respond quickly if you have a question, or if you need help. Their fabrics are smooth and so easy to sew. The booklet that comes with EVERY box has easy to read and understand instructions for whichever project you chose to work on. I’m a self -taught intermediate sewer and there is always a project or two that I want to work on. Typically, I accumulate all the Mrs. Quilty projects that I make each month and I plan to give them as Christmas presents! I would recommend Mrs. Quilty to anyone who is looking for a happy experience!

First Box Review
My first box came and I Loved making all of the projects! I’m looking forward to my second box and hope it too is filled with fun and challenging projects. I’m not a stuffed animal person. I like projects I can use or give as gifts and my first box filled that order.

I love that with the monthly box there are videos for each project if you get stuck.
The company has been there for me when I had issues with a project. I canceled and got reinstated when I learned there was help!
I'm delighted I have continued and have now completed 3 project because I could refer to the videos that are right in the book to access.

Rainstorm delivery survival
I did not find the package as expected and my surveillance video did not show a delivery. I quickly emailed to report it. They were concerned and continued to stay with me til I got the package. It had been delivered to a spot behind a tree near the driveway and had sat in the heavy rainfall overnight. But on opening it was dry and unharmed. Great package, lazy delivery driver, persistent Mrs. QUILTY rep who was determined to assure my satisfaction.
