What I love most about Mrs.Quilty are…
What I love most about Mrs.Quilty are the videos which go step by step through the sewing process. Much better for me as I am a visual learner. This is much improved since the beginning. I find it difficult to follow the computer instructions ex. How to find my account, typing in a code in a short time and saving the videos, but may be my lack of skill. Overall I am pleased.

I’m enjoying my first Mrs Quilty box, but the most valuable part is the videos by Erica. They are clear and easy to follow. I’ve completed two projects and will start a third soon. The videos make it so many ch easier for a beginner like me.

The customer service is great
The customer service is great. I need to change a delivery date on my quilt box because it wasn’t scheduled to come for 4 months. I was going to use the “chat with me” but there was a long wait. So I switched to email. With in 24 hours we were communicating back and forth. Customer service made sure they knew exactly what i wanted and with in minutes everything was corrected. It was easy to work with them.

My first box I was excited to get
My first box I was excited to get. Of course I was excited and anticipating what was in it. At first I was disappointed with the color choices, because I am not a blue color person….but..when I put the placemat together I really liked it. This morning I but the block together and love it! The fabrics are quality fabric. Customer service was great to deal with!

I love Mrs Quilt. I just finished my first project from my second box. The block of the month quilt. Clear instructions for this beginner sewist. I love all the colors, the quality of the fabric is just beautiful.i also love all the items in there shop everything you’ll need us right there. I can’t wait for next months box.

I ordered my first box then got busy with other things, paused, now back again
I ordered my first box, but then life got in the way, so I had to pause my subscription. Now, six months later, I've lost all the downloads that came with the first box. One quick email and they sent me the link to each item. I can't wait to get started on making the cute animals I have seen on Facebook.

Not the best experience.
Well my experience wasn’t so great because my box arrived damaged and smashed in on the top left hand side. But Mrs Quilty customer service is sending me another whole kit, even though I only asked for a replacement empty box because I like to store them in order until
I have time to do each project. Additionally, each email that came about the impending arrival of box #2 showed a picture of a box whose contents looked nothing like what I received so when I finally saw what was in the box it was a bit of a letdown. I don’t think it is good to do this; it is misleading.

So far customer service answers email right away. Animal patterns were only showing the turtle. They sent me the link to all that worked instantly.
