Really happy with the service received from Mr Teak, from ordering through to delivery.
The bench is superb - it’s solid and stylish

A very simple website, excellent customer service and when the product arrived (excellent delivery time)it was even better than I had imagined. I purchase a Sissinghurst Lutyens 3 seat bench extra thick, which was more expensive than their standard product, however the weight and quality of the product was sensational. Just going back to order another bench and a coffee table. Well done all at Mr Teak

Sturdy side table. Exactly as described. Useful to have a garden table that can be folded and put away over the winter months. Quick delivery and looks good.

A really good cover for our banana shaped wooden garden bench. We like the 'quick' fasteners each side for everyday use and also the extra toggles supplied which we use for bad/windy weather. Item arrived really quickly too. Second item we've had from Mr Teak now.

Very pleased with my benches would have liked cushions to go with them, only seem to have green. Delivery longer than I expected but came when they said they would.

I got the benches quickly and they’re nice quality as expected. I didn’t assemble two of the benches correctly. The instructions were not clear about which way round to put the seat. On the third bench I put the seat around the other way, without noticing the difference and it looks better. I cannot dissemble the benches and remake them because I will need to drill the dowels and I don’t have any more. But it’s a major annoyance on benches that cost £500 each and I wasn’t really aware that I was not assembling them correctly until the 3rd. I think it’s probably cosmetic but I do wonder if the benches will suffer shorter lifespan as a result.

The Companion Set I ordered is beautifully made and I'm really pleased with it. Mr Teak were extremely helpful when I phoned with questions and the delivery was very quick. I'm looking forward to many hours in the garden enjoying the seats with my partner.

The table set is very solid and looks lovely. It looks exactly as it does on the web site. However it was a bit more than simple self assembly because of the use of dowels not screws so suitable tools are needed. My handy man did it no time.

Excellent product, good price, helpful staff, extremely well packaged & prompt delivery

Ordered a 3 seater teak bench. When we finally unpacked it and assembled it had a deep gouge in one of the panels. Reached out to the company via email including photos with no response. Very poor quality and very poor customer service.

Took a day of for our delivery to be told it wasn’t coming and had to re book delivery for the following week. Was told we could have an am delivery which didn’t happen. When the item was delivered it was left in our drive with no help to move it the driver was very unhelpful. Our experience wasn’t great when we had spent a large amount of money on our garden bench although we are happy with the product.

Garden bench is exactly as pictures show. It was easy to assemble from five panels and looks great in my garden.

Purchased a new banana bench cushion after having our old one for 4 years.

Beautiful quality bench, simple to construct and looks perfect in it's new position. We had some difficulty with the courier as the damaged the first bench sent and then lost it. But Mr. Teak were responsive and sorted the issue, sending a replacement with a different courier. All in all, very happy with the service provided, these things happen!

My bench’s delivery was delayed but this was due to the delivery company we had two delivery promises not met but it was delivered on the third , not Mr Teaks fault. On unpacking a large crack was found MrTeak offered a 10% refund which I was reluctant to accept for such a large crack, however I did not want to face repacking and any further delay on a replacement. I had it repaired locally and I am very pleased with it .These things happen, just unfortunate.

No delivery, no reply to emails, and despite being assured (on the one time I managed to get a reply on the phone), that it would be dispatched next day, it still hasn’t. Phone just disconnects when you ring. Have had to contact credit card company to get a refund. I wonder if the company has gone bust.
