Really disappointed with the company. We purchased teak table and chairs in August and they are already in a mess. One has a clean break through the wood, others are splintering with numerous cracks down the chairs. I have reached out for help by e mail, but no reply at all.

No contact for weeks, then they finally called to arrange a delivery, and didn’t deliver. Instead, they decided to deliver on one day we couldn’t do. The chairs have arrived covered in mould and the table has arrived damaged; the box is covered in footprints. Emailed to complain, but no response after several days, not even an acknowledgement. Nowhere near good enough on any account. Time to call my bank!!

Easy to order online. Delivery of furniture today on a pallet that was all wrapped and secured well. Very pleased with it. Very good quality. Delivery wasn't long. Thank you.

The quality of this furniture is very good , it is heavy consistent with solid tight grained timber. We received our delivery on Saturday a week after ordering it was well packaged . We purchased a set with four carver chairs and a round table. Very pleased , nice people to do business with.

Ordered Garden Table and 8 Chairs, delivery was 7-10 days but to my surprise I had a telephone call to say they could deliver it in just 2 days time. They telephoned the morning of delivery to let me know what time they would be here and they were spot on time. We have stored the items whilst garden is being redesigned but from what we could see it all looked really nice and we are really happy with it.

Good quality table and chairs but I didnt realise that I would have to build the table and a couple of the wooden pegs broke off so I had to drill them out

Quick delivery great product

I have taken delivery this weekend of my Heritage teak wood outdoor dining set with cushions and parasol and a bench. I have to say I am thrilled.
The quality far surpassed what I expected and I deliberately chose an extending table but was unsure of how difficult it would be ro operate. I should not have worried because it is easy.
I opted for the installation and this was done by a friendly, helpful and chatty director of the firm who took away all the packaging. I think he was called Paul.
The large parasol gives more shade than any other I have seen and covers the whole table.
As an extra having seen the quality of the table and chairs I bought a bench which i am enjoying using.
I have every confidence in recommending this company and I am so glad I chose them to buy my patio furniture from.

Lovely delivery driver - kept me informed of progress during delivery

We bought a heavy teak garden table and at a competitive price. Darren who delivered it was a carpenter and delivered great advice about putting it together and treating it with UV sealer and teak oil. I followed his advice to the letter and it looks great.

Ordered one day and delivered the next. Delivery driver was very helpful and had the table assembled v quickly. Quality is superb. I’m very happy with purchase and the service was outstanding.

Everything on time. One slightly damaged chair replaced immediately ( fault of manufacturer not NDG. Looks great , well built, chairs are substantial , very comfortable. Delighted.

Large garden tables was just what we wanted. The quality was excellent and quickly installed (we would have taken days!). Would recommend to everyone.

We bought the Heritage teak 8 seater dining set (30mm thick) with a parasol and we absolutely love it.
Good quality, easy to assemble and looks great.
We called Tory and asked about our delivery date because we had also ordered a bench.
Tory explained that due to shipping issues around the world it would be around two weeks for the bench but the table, chairs and parasol were in stock.
We asked if we could have the table, chairs and parasol sooner and were pleasantly surprised that he placed the order for delivery as soon as he got off of the call with me.
A few days later we got the delivery and were kept informed of delivery dates and times by Palletways.

We received delivery of our garden furniture yesterday 31/03/26. The product was well packed and received in good order, the product itself if of very good quality and well made. We are delighted with it. Our experience was very good and would definitely recommend this Company.

Sent wrong cushions, promised to send correct ones, but 6 months later still haven't recieved and not replying to support messages.

Great communication, really accommodating and very prompt delivery. Beautiful outdoor furniture.
