Sent this company a laptop to sell and did not hear anything back from them. Tried to contact multiple times, no response. Be wary of using this company for selling items.

Great experience
A pleasure to deal with. Joe was very helpful. Would recommend them to any of my friends who are looking to get rid of their old electronics.

Fantastic!!!
Fantastic!!!
From looking at the broken and unloved Apple products I had hidden in dark corners to having someone who is able to return them to something to be loved again, and having everything sorted seamlessly.
Do not believe me?? Give MrTurtez a call, drop an email, you too will be more than pleasantly surprised.

Best price offered great customer service minor issues
Best price offered with minor issues
Tutez offered the best price of all the "trade in" companies in Australia.
The reply paid service is great, its free. However in hindsight I would opt to pay for postage myself so that I can add a signature-on-delivery requirement. The reply paid service was unfortunately linked to the wrong address (an old office) and the team at Tutez had to go and retrieve my Laptop, a bit stressful! I'm sure they will fix this so it doesn't happen again.
That being said - they kept in touch and made sure the issues were resolved. I initially called them at 10am the morning my laptop was delivered. The money was in my account by 1pm.

Really easy process - was given a quote on the website and sent in my laptop with a reply paid address. They processed the sale quickly, and paid the agreed amount without lowering the quote. Very happy with this transaction!
