Terrible spa. Don't waste your money. Had a lay z spa for years. Packed up after buying 3 new eggs for it (control unit) so decided on the MSPA Soho after reading (what I now believe to be fake reviews) raving about them. After exactly 2 years it packed up showing Error code 1. Didn't know at the time we could have paid £80.00 for a new control panel so sold it for parts. Decided to buy another new one as we had already bought the thermal cover etc for our old MSPA. Big mistake, this one also packed up after 2 years same error code 1. Sent to get it repaired by MSPA in Hockley. We packed it up and boxed it up and it was collected but HERMES (enough said). After 6 weeks we chased up MSPA Hockley who advised they had never received it ??
So if we hadn't chased it we would still be waiting! Basically after they chased it up it turns out it was lost/stolen from the warehouse at HERMES. MSPA Hockley arranged for a brand new MSPA to be sent out with complimentary gifts, fair enough. Dealt with a lady called Shannon Page who advised as it was brand new the Spa would automatically have a new 2 year guarantee and not to worry as they had it on their systems as to when we got it. Sadly after 18months packed up AGAIN! Same error code every time. We phoned Dave at Hockley in customer Service Repairs who advised to get a new RCD. We paid £20.00 for that and great it worked. After one use it packed up again!! Same error code 1. After half an hour waiting we speak to Dave yet again who advised change filters, check water level etc etc. Did it all, nothing still dead. Now we are being told no warranty and we now have to pay another £60.00 AND the parts EVEN THOUGH THIS TUB IS ONLY 18 MONTHS OLD! and Shannon Page has left and no idea about the guarantee, we are only a repair service. Now I am talking to Mary Lu in China! Who apparently is the only person in the HEAD OFFICE! She said (and I do have the e.mails) that as we are Key Customers she will ensure all the parts and labout are paid for and she will inform Hockley Service Centre (yep you guessed it she never did) and strangely enough ignored all of my subseqeunt e.mails (10 in total). Phones Hockley (holding for another 1/2 hour) only to be put through to some god awful woman who advises that they are nothing to do with MSPA ???? only repair them. I give her the history and basically get told sorry if you dont pay it wont get repaired, starts shouting and yelling at me down the phone at which point I advised her to calm down (absolutely no customer service skills at all).

Paid the £60.00 for the collection/repair on 13th June, after 3 e.mails and umpteen phone calls on hold it still has not been collected! She is probably deliberately ignoring us.

Above all I would say if you want a quality spa, thats reliable with a bonafide guarantee and good customer service DO NOT BUY AN MSPA. The aftercare is appalling and that's when you can actually speak to someone. Meanwhile my tub is sitting gathering dust and will probably be consigned to a museum by the time it gets collected!

Alors je crois n avoir jamais vu ça de ma vie !! Un spa neuf jamais utilisé et code erreur à la première mise en eau on écrit au SAV et on doit payer le retour du bloc moteur !!!! 25.50euros !!! Leur matériel est inutilisable et en plus on doit payer !! On s en.est jamais servi !!!! ??? Ba terminé mspa . Je vais pas en faire de la pub . Plus nul y a pas je pense . Et service client nullisime aussi
1er post 2023, réponse 2025 quelle réactivité !!! Et bien sûr tout en anglais. Faudrait pas faire l effort de répondre en Français. Quant à la réponse... elle est à la hauteur de cette marque... je vous laisse juger ...

Tragisk kundeservice og elendig produkt
Meldte feil om lekkasje ved montering av nytt produkt og ble møtt med en underlig kundeservice. Produktet er elendig og selskapet er useriøst. Anbefaler at alle styrer unna dette selskapet!

Not impressed. Someone recommended m-spa to me so spent some inheritance money buying a Tepako 4+2. It worked well for a while, then the motor failed. Had is sent back twice under warranty which then honored although it was a faff taking out the unit and boxing up, then being without it during the prime part of the year. It was lagging at the end of last season but you can't inspect without totally draining it. So Just got it out again this year and made sure drain connection was tightly fixed. Started leaking again pretty soon and now getting F1 code to check filters are clean, which they are. Decided to drain again and have a look myself as now out of warranty. There is water visible in the elects which is worrying. Probably not woeth sending back and paying to get it fixed as the mechanics on this are so cheap and poorly designed. Why can't you access the main unit without fully draining it and turning it upside down??! It's a shame as the rubber pool is quite decent. Definately not worth the money. It's useless now after 2 seasons, and it's been repaired twice!!!! Also the digital display is really hard to read in daylight. Only gave it 2 stars because they honored the return, and the pool part is quite nice. Overall though poorly designed and with cheap parts...

Bonjour, spa acheté en 2021, très peu servi et ne fonctionne plus.
Le service après vente m’impose de payer plus de 25€ pour le renvoi du bloc moteur alors que le produit est toujours sur garantie!!!!

Spa aurora acheté en 2021, servi deux saisons, il ne chauffe plus.
Impossible d’obtenir le fabricant,
Pas de réponse au e-mail, le contact par téléphone renvoie au site internet.
Produit a presque 800€ a fuir, c’est du jetable qui revient cher.
Nous ne prendrons plus cette marque, aucune plue-value si ça dure aussi peu de temps.
Le produit a toujours été stocké à l’abri du gel, lors de l’hivernage.

Bonjour, mon mspa est tombé en panne au bout d'une 10aine d'utilisation, impossible de gonfler le spa, le moteur ne déclenche pas le gonflage. Sous garantie Je contacte le sav, je renvoie le moteur mais à mes frais 25 euros, 10 jours plus tard on me renvoie le bloc moteur ou toutes les pièces auraient été changées selon le sav, mais je branche et rien ne se passe, la même panne, c'est inacceptable. J'attend de voir ce qu'ils vont me proposer mais hors de question de repayer 25 euros à nouveau. Pa terrible tout ca, j'aurai du regarder les avis avant l'achat...

Rapport qualité prix zéro!!! Un spa à 850€ avec un bandeau led qui a fonctionné une seule fois et non pris en charge par la garantie une honte fuyez !

Le mspa camaro nous ayant lâché au bout de 4 années sans ennuis, j'ai spontanément commandé le
15/01/2023 un nouveau spa sur le site officiel MSPA cette fois-ci.

Surprise ! Ce dernier n'a jamais été expédié ni livré.
Pas de numéro de tel pour joindre le service client. Seuls les écrits par mail sont possibles et les réponses semblent robotisées.

La bataille pour me faire rembourser a été rude. Heureusement que j'avais payé avec Paypal. J'ai pu obtenir le remboursement après avoir transformé le litige signalé en réclamation dans les délais impartis.
Plus jamais je n'achèterai chez MSPA !

Au final j'ai acheté un Lay-Z-Spa (Bestway) chez Raviday, garanti 2 ans et demi avec l'extension de garantie gratuite. Traitement de commande et livraison expresse, numéro de tel en cas de problème, nickel !!

Tomber en panne avec mon jacuzzi j'ai suivi les indications marquer sur la notice donc envoyé un mail. Je n'ai eu aucun retour ensuite j'ai envoyé une lettre recommandée aucun retour aussi. Honteux d'avoir aucun retour ou service clients surtout au prix que coûte un Jacuzzi.

Kjøp aldri noe fra MSPA. Etter kor tid fikk eg problem med feilkoden E1. Var i dialog med MSPA som ba meg sende inn motoren. Vi var enige i att det var ei garantisak. Etter å ha mottatt pumpa nekta dei for å ha sagt at dette var ei garantisak. Dei skulle ha fleire tusen for en service dei lovde å gjere gratis. Motoren låg hos dei eit år. Etter mye om å men fikk eg sendt motoren tilbake. Problemet skulle vær fiksa. Men etter berre nokon veker startet helvete på nytt igjen. Har bestemt meg for å tømme bassenget ein siste gong, å hive det

Vi kjøpte et bad fra Mspa august for to år siden. Nå i høst (september) sluttet motoren plutselig å virke. Jeg tok kontakt og spurte hvordan vi skulle gå frem for å få reparert & at jeg antok at dette gikk inn under forbrukerkjøpsloven. Jeg forventer jo at en motor skal vare lenger enn to år på en vare til 13.000,-

Jeg fikk svar om at garantien var maks 2 år, uavhengig av forbrukerkjøpsloven. Jeg fikk også denne tilbakemeldinger «Pris er ikke det som bestemmer hvilken reklamasjons periode et produkt faller innenfor, men forventet levetid. Det finnes sko til samme pris som mspa, og de er også bare 2 års reklamasjon på.»
Svært useriøst og uprofesjonelt svar etter min vurdering.

Probléme sur les consommable ! aucun suivi en mondial relay, le point relay ferme pour congé et renvoi à la marque le colis depuis ils sont aux abonnées absents ! commande payé et jamais reçu aucun retour de leurs part !

Terrible product. Used for 2 months, packed away (as outlined) when we unpacked to put up in Spring. Wouldn't go on. Big run around to "send parts", instructions etc that we had to pay for ourselves. Product remained defective, they stopped responding. Customer service brutal and now a big bulky piece of garbage we can't dispose of properly.

Absolutely crap! Customer service was the worst I ever saw! Product nothing but a waste of money. They actually wanted my spa back that I was going to dispose of to have back for parts. What a joke!

Matériel de très mauvaise qualité, acheté l’année dernière 3 mois de fonctionnement et ne chauffe plus changement moteur fin 2021 remarche 3 mois et ce coup ci ne s’arrête plus de chauffer débrancher à 46 degré, je contacte le service client et me disent plus de garantie qu’il faut acheter les pièces. Donc poubelle 600€

Bought a Tekapo 3 years ago. We only use it in the summer, therefore it is cleaned, dried and packed away during the winter. It has gone wrong twice during this time. On one occasion the temp was set to 38, our grandchildren were about to get in. We always test the temp manually before they do, It was incredibly hot. When tested with a thermometer - it was 48! The children would have been scolded. DO NOT BUY MSPA. They are unreliable. Customer service is non existent. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Spa livre dans les temps mais dès la mise en eau, il fuit sous le pneumatique. Je contacte le sav qui me demande de renvoyer le bloc moteur qui est parfaitement sec…. Je leur écris plusieurs mails et appelle pour expliquer que c’est le pneumatique mais ils n’en démordent pas je dois renvoyer le bloc moteur…. Lunaire

A tenu 3 mois, passage au Sav, fonctionne ensuite pendant 1 mois, a nouveau en panne, a finit à la déchetterie - 600e à la poubelle + beaucoup de temps perdu
