had an issue with a silver cloud 6…
had an issue with a silver cloud 6 berth wasnt sure where it was leaking from so was advised by Chris MSPA rep the hot tub was still under warrantyand that collection would be arranged for the whole unit including liner....A brand new liner and full service to the heater unit was carried our and returned within 10 days cant fault MSPA and thanks to Chris for your help too .

Similar experience to all those reported here. Control unit broken with F1 code within 3 months. Steer clear of mspa hot tubs

Bassin et pompe mspa b140 elegance
Bonjour ne pouvant plus avoir de pièces détachées pour ma pompes mspa pour le modèle mspa lite b140 elegance je suis obligé de ve dre un bassin neuf payé 256 euros.
Je le vends 140 euros ou alors je suis à la recherche d une pompe pour ce modèle.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Had the Spa 9 months, already had to return the pump for replacement, got it Back in May had it back 8 weeks and its gone again, MSpa say no refund contact AVC the Amazone seller, they say no refund - still in process of dispute, told to email China, I can this is going to be a long and rocky road. Dont buy

Bonjour . Mspa n'a manifestement pas de SAV . Un robot répond à vos questions pour vous indiquer que mspa vous répondra... sans suite bien sûr . Presque pas de pieces détachées. Un petit bout de plastique m'a couté 29€ ... Fuyez donc cette société qui vous abandonne dés que vous avez acheté . Je vais remplacer mon mspa par un autre (Intex est il plus sérieux ???)

Had tha alpine just over a year
I have the Alpine hot tub. I bought it in September 2019 and set it up in May 2020 for the first time. The dvd that came with it didn't work and the console O rings were missing. The manometer that inflates the HOT wouldn't inflate to the correct pressure. I rang customer services and as it was bought in 2019 they wanted 11 euros to send me The parts as they believed I had used it a lot and lost or used them. after a few weeks of emails back and forth i gave in and paid the 11 euros to get them, I set the pool up in may this year been in it three times and bubbles didn't work read trouble guide and the fault was the bubble filter had a short circuit I phoned support and they want £60 to send it away diagnose and tell me how much it will cost to repair not much good if only used for about a total of 6 weeks total crap stay clear wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy had to give it 1 star no way not to give it none

Produit à fuir !!! Méthode du SAV douteuse...
Le SPA fuit immédiatement après remplissage au niveau du filtre, le souci venant d'un mauvais serrage du porte filtre... mais que fait le contrôle qualité avant d'expédier le produit au client ?! Une semaine après le SPA ne filtre plus (Erreur F1) donc inutilisable donc retour atelier et là le SAV te demande de payer 25 Euros de frais de port !!! Hallucinant cette boite n'est vraiment pas sérieuse et je pense que si ils ne sont pas capables de prendre en charge les frais de retour c'est qu'une grosse majorité de leurs produits sont défectueux !!!!

A fuir bug au bout de 4 jours SAV nul !!
Si l'installation est simple, la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer. Après 4 jours d'utilisation, la pompe s'arrête nette avec le code E1 comme un BUG. Inutile de parler du SAV, que ce soit auprès d'Alice Garden ou de Leroy Merlin c'est une honte, ces derniers s'emmerdent pas, comme Cdiscount ils vous laissent vous débrouillé avec le fabricant. A force de suivre des tutos, je suis arrivé à le faire fonctionner mais c'est du bricolage (doit fonctionner pendant une minute sans cartouche). C'est incroyable qu'on puisse se moquer du monde comme ça. A fuir.

Pass opp!
Pass opp!! Her får du ikke hjelp. Kjøpte bad for 14 000 12 Maj. Virket ikke. Tok 2 uker før Mspa tok det tilbake for reparasjo..etter mye mas. Skulle ta 2-3 dager. Idag er det 29 Juni...fortsatt ikke sett til badet. Brukt utalige timer i telefon der jag kun fått uhøflige svar. Idag kom pakken fra Mspa...kun lokket og posen til badet..ikke noe mer. Mspa sier de sendte det for en uke siden..og Post Nord sier de levert..så her sitter vel jag med 14 000 mindre på kontoen og ett lokk til en bubbelpool.
Maka...styr unda!!!

Aldri opplevd dårligere kundeservice. Visst du handler derifra så kryss fingrene for at du aldri får problemer med produktet, for garanti/reklamasjon finnes ikke hos de. Du skjønner at de har klare retningslinjer der de avviser alt, og skylder på feil bruk uten å kunne bevise det.

Fikk helt nytt basseng med hull i. Sendt inn og fikk tilbake lappet. Ikke nytt basseng. Kommer aldri til å handle igjen.
2year warranty isnt honoured
The zip is coming away from the hot tub and im told this is an accessory that is only under warranty for 6 months. I’ve owned the hot tub for a year and its poorly designed. Its an integral part of the hot tub, without it the hot tub wont insulate properly snd the answer im given is to buy an external cover. The zip isnt faulty, its the fact that the zip is ripping off the hot tub that is the issue. Uk customer services dont even engage with you properly. I would avoid at all costs. Supposed to be a 2year guarantee with it and its not worth the paper its wrote on.

Skulle kjøpe en ute dusj som var lagervare iflg nettbutikk men det var det likevel ikke. bruker lang tid på å besvare henvendelser og umulig å nå på telefon.

Spa de MSpa lite Acheté en juillet 2020, nous sommes en juin 2021 et avec seulement quelques semaines d’utilisation on commence à prendre le jus quand on entre dans l’eau
Contact avec le SAV : il faut retourner le bloc moteur À NOS FRAIS !!!!! Ce n’est que 25€ mais je trouve ça impensable quand on sait que le moteur est déficient et qu’un accident grave aurait pu arrivé !!!!!

I bought the mspa Bergen spa through Amazon. From the off the spa leaked from the filter. Amazon kindly refunded me after owning for a week. Ordered another replacement then after 6 wks the heater breaks. Mspa agreed to fix, which they did. I had to send back to them for approx 9 days. The hottest 9 days of summer so far! However when dealing with the service Centre the advisors were really rude and abrupt, cutting me off mid sentence telling me to wait and hold. I asked what would happen if the hot tub broke again, 2 spas in 2 months, I was obviously concerned. They just said they’d fix it again within warranty. It seems the repairs are the norm! So I could’ve ended up having no spa again in a few Months time should another fault occur. I actually then contacted Amazon who gave me a refund and I’ve ordered a Layzspa. The product is obviously poor and overpriced. I’ve seen numerous other customers on Instagram and Amazon state similar issues. They have also outsourced the customer service and repair in the UK. The company name on the invoice was Shatchi, not actually mspa. Just AVOID! Amazon however have been amazing!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. We purchased an mspa last year from Lidl and didn’t use it until this summer. The spa has only been used no more than three times and is now no longer working. Whilst in it, it tripped the power out on the house. The spa continues to trip the house power every time it’s switched back on and the air bubbles continue to blow and won’t turn off. As the unit was under 12 months old we contacted m-spa who informed us that the item only has a 6 month warranty rather than the three advertised on the outside of the box and in the user manual. We had registered the item online when it confirmed the three year warranty. Long story short and after countless emails back and forwards dealing with the worst customer associate I have ever had to deal with ‘chris’, we returned the spa to Lidl and have had a refund in full. Do not buy these as the customer support and after sales is the worst I have ever experienced. Not worth the hassle. Spend an extra £100 and get a lazy spa!

Tragisk kundeservice og dårlig produkt
Tragisk kundeservice . Meldt feil om lekkasje .små prikker i lime / skjøter som lekker. Virker som badet går i oppløsning . De sier bare at det er utenfor garanti . 2,5 år gammelt . Skiftet motor 1 gang allerede . Når alt var i orden var det helt topp . Vi tenkte at vi skulle kanskje oppgradere til feks spaxo, men jeg tror jeg drøyer dette i hvertfall fra dette firma .
