Hi Richard,

Thank you for raising this and I'm genuinely sorry that this has been such a frustrating experience.

We have been actively trying to help resolve this issue and have reached out to you several times via email. Unfortunately, we appear to be experiencing some language barriers during communication, which has made it difficult for us to fully understand the situation and move things forward as quickly as either of us would like.

We have also attempted to arrange a refund where appropriate, however the bank details provided have unfortunately been incorrect, which has prevented the payment from being processed successfully.

Please rest assured that we have not ignored the matter and remain committed to helping find a solution. To help move things forward, we are more than happy to arrange and pay for an international phone call or a Microsoft Teams video call at our expense. If language is proving to be a barrier, we can use live translation tools during the call to help us communicate more effectively and ensure we both fully understand the situation.

Our only goal is to get this issue resolved fairly and as quickly as possible for you. If you could reply to our latest email, we will arrange a suitable time and cover any costs involved from our side.

As Oleksandr Usyk once famously said, "I'm feel, I'm very feel." The English wasn't perfect, but everyone knew exactly what he meant. I think that's a little bit like us at the moment.

Communication between us hasn't been easy, but the intention is clear — we're trying our best to understand each other and get this sorted fairly.

Short, simple and exactly how we like it. We spend a lot of time worrying about the little details that most people never see, so it's always nice when someone notices the packaging, communication and overall experience.

Thank you for being honest and raising this in the open – big respect to you mate!

I'll be the first to admit that sometimes things don't go perfectly. Anyone can look good when everything runs smoothly, but character is usually revealed when something goes sideways.

In this case, there were no excuses on our side. We missed the order notes and didn't load them onto the live server as a rerun order. In simple terms, we added the notes in the wrong place and nobody saw them. That's on us.

I'm genuinely grateful for your patience while we got things sorted and even more grateful that you gave us the opportunity to put things right. We want to be so much more than just another spore supplier, and thank you for sticking with us through the issue. It means more than you probably realise.

The Royal Fail seem determined to keep us all on our toes from time to time, but we're really pleased the communication helped ease some of the frustration.

One thing we've always tried to do at Mucci is stay approachable. No ticket numbers, no automated nonsense, just real conversations with real people whenever possible.

The fact you've stuck with us for years and still take the time to leave kind words honestly means a lot. Building trust takes a long time and can be lost in a heartbeat, so seeing returning customers come back again and again never gets taken for granted.

Love this review on point and straight facts :)

We always try and help in anyway we can, we are not traditional outfit (why support the Government when they don't for us) We are always here to support and help with any questions (none are irrentivant to us even in a crisis we will listen and be real and honest)

We do this to help mental health and spread awareness one order at a time and we have never been about profits
