Sehr solide Stiefel, absolut empfehlenswert! Warm, bequem und wasserdicht. Perfekt bei jedem Wetter! Auch die Lieferung erfolgte rasch und unkompliziert. Ein kleines Minus war das Rücksendeetikett, welches ich mehrfach einfordern musste. Die ersten Stiefel passten nämlich leider nicht. Ansonsten aber alles top!

Sofortige Reklamation wurde nicht berücksichtigt
Ich habe am 22.11. 11:12 eine Order aufgegeben und mit Paypal bezahlt. Leider habe ich die Falsche Schuhgrösse ausgewählt, was mir aber SOFORT aufgefallen ist.
Am 22.11. 11:16, d.h. 4 Minuten später, habe ich an die help-Mailadresse meinen Fehler geschrieben, und gebeten die Schuhe 1 Nummer grösser zu schicken.
Dies wurde nicht berücksichtigt.
Am 27.11. 13:45, also 5 Tage später, erhielt ich eine Mail, dass meine Anfrage nicht berücksichtigt werden könne, da die Bestellung bereits "dispatched" wurde.
Ja da waren die Schuhe schon fast in der zu kleinen Grösse angekommen.
Eine Rücksendung nach UK ist wirtschaftlich nicht sinnvoll, da die Versandkosten selbst getragen werden müssen.

I can only apologise you haven't received a response quick enough, November was exceptionally busy for us, which regrettably caused a significant backlog in our Customer Service inbox. Unfortunately, by the time we reached your message, the automated dispatch process had already packaged and handed the order over to the courier, which made it impossible for us to intercept and amend the size. We are truly sorry this happened. We are currently investing time and resources into establishing better and more economical delivery and returns processes specifically for our valued customers across Europe. This includes options that reduce or eliminate the burden of high international shipping costs for returns. Please bear with us while we work to implement these long-term improvements

Mein zweites Paar Muckboots und ich liebe sie sehr!!
Für mich persönlich sind sie im Fersenbereich nicht ganz so bequem von der Form her und dort läuft eine Naht entlang.
Nach einem langen Spaziergang im Regen, sind sie von innen leicht feucht (nicht nass!), sodass ich sie nachts trocknen muss. Das hatte ich bei meinem ersten Paar nicht und enttäuscht mich etwas, da ich bisher in keinem Schuh jemals dieses "Problem" hatte.
