Boots look nice but not functional
Customer service was lovely but even when I bought a second pair same problem. The boots leak really badly. So disappointed.
** Edit to add if the boots aren't suitable for our climate they why are they even for sale in Ireland**
I bought them because my normal wellies and thick socks still levdt me with cold feet. I live on a mountain and we have snow and cold rain frequently so I wanted something warm. So by the sounds of it they are not fit for any purpose!
I know it's not just me that is having problems, I went to visit a friend recently, her Artic ll were 6 months old and falling apart. She said she wouldn't get another pair.

I’ve personally looked into your DPD tracking information, and it appears the delivery was unsuccessful due to an address issue at the point of transit. I understand how disappointing it is to be waiting on a package that doesn't arrive as expected. Sturdy boots and good customer service
I bought women’s adjustable chore boots last year, they are great.
Sadly I have experienced a minor issue with a seal. Contacted customer service who advised me to send a detailed email and photos, which I did.
I received an email within 24hrs with free return label.
Very good customer service!
I have only marked 4 stars because they do not offer an exchange process so I’ve had to post for a new pair and wait for them to arrive before I’m able to return the others.
And, they have requested the birds are cleaned or they can’t accept them due to health & safety and they need to be in the original packaging. I’ve had them 6 months so cleaning is going to be a chore tbh and I didn’t keep the packaging, but I can use the packaging the new boots came in.
I am overall satisfied though and the boots are very sturdy

Da man Muckboots ja leider nicht im Laden bekommt, ist dies die beste Möglichkeit, verschiedene Modelle anzuprobieren. Die Retoure der nicht ausgewählten Stiefel war unkompliziert.

The boots are great. Customer Service went the extra mile to help with some issues caused by the courier who had lost my parcel. The second shipping was super fast. Overall, excellent service and excellent product.

While we can't always control what happens once a parcel leaves our warehouse and heads to the courier, we can control how we support our customers when things go sideways. We’re so glad our team could step in, get that second shipment to you quickly, and make things right.
No free returns!
Returns have to be send to Belgium but at clien’s expense. Avoiding European regulation as they sell through the British entity. The product is fine but if you buy something which does not fit, you loose at least 30% of your payment. That is not worth it….

Keine kostenfreie Rücksendung. Das ist heutzutage üblich!
Die Stiefel waren wunderschön, aber zu klein. Wenn die Rücksendung unkomplizierter und nicht kostenpflichtig gewesen wäre, hätte ich nochmal einen Versuch mit einer Nummer grösser gemacht. So nicht

Great Service
Due to a small typo in the ZIP code, the first delivery could not be completed. However, a short email with a brief explanation of what happened was all it took — Muck Boots responded immediately and resent the order free of charge.
This kind of fast, uncomplicated, and customer-focused service is truly rare. It was exceptionally good service, and I am absolutely delighted. I would order from Muck Boots again anytime. Highly recommended!
