Need a better securing system will use the Velcro to protect frame then zip tie in place I have no doubt this is a great product so still a happy customer

Thanks for your feedback. We do have a lot of faith in the supplied Velcro fasteners and generally they work very well. That said, we are always looking to improve, and so we will take this into consideration when discussing potential product developments.

Excellent customer service.
The guys at Mucky Nutz were very helpful in helping me decide which mug guards to get for my ride. As soon as I made up my mind, they were in the air, and got here quickly. And that's across the pond and out to the Rockies. This is the second bike I've put mug guards on, and I'll most likely outfit all of my bikes in the future with them.

Thanks for the review John! Express shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 24, and standard is Tracked 48. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day, orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday. Hope this helps!

Excellent customer service, my husband bought a rear mud guard and it broke within a month, I contacted mucky nutz and received a prompt reply, very quickly and simply they kindly are sending a replacement (I want to surprise my husband as he really liked it) so easy and kind to deal with. Highly recommend amazing service.

International delivery can take between 5 - 10 working days from dispatch, as stated clearly on the website https://muckynutz.com/faq
Your order was dispatched on 4/3/24 so we would anticipate delivery to be made later this week.
You can follow your orders' progress via the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email. The tracking page allows you to continue to follow the parcel when it gets handed over to Posti.fi for final delivery.
I have checked the tracking link and can see that your parcel is in transit and will be processed at customs next, upon arrival to the destination country.

Overall quality product and service.
Placed the order and had confirmation of a dispatch. Emailed Mucky Nutz for an ETA and they replied with an accurate date. Quality product (the mud guard itself) but the fixing straps could do with beefing up.
Overall very good and a thumbs up from me.
