I'm not the typical person who complaints regarding services, just want to clear everything regarding your buy 2 get 1 free promo, we didn't get the get 1 free for the reason that we should have encoded 3 items in the cart to ba able to get 1 free, but if you can see buy 2 so meaning and its a common sense that I'm buying 2 items to avail of the free item, its logical so therefore i should be given 1 free item. But you have informed me that i need to put 3 items? Then it should be buy 3 and get 1 free from your 3 items! I'm really dismayed since muji if my favorite to buy school stuffs and garments as well. And always purchasing from your online shop even thru whatsapp. Its such a very inconvenient on my part to get as well the the 1 free items from my 4 products which is buy 2 get 1 free promo from your store since and that's why i ordered online to avoid going out and to stay at home due this pandemic but this happened, really I'm not satisfied by your promo, you should be clear enough to customers to avoid disappointment and wasting their time.
