Vica contacted me to review my order and helped me modify my order because I was unaware of the usable opening width. She sent images showing me so I could easily visualize and make a decision. She was incredibly helpful.

5 star rating of my customer service experience with Amanda. She was kind, understanding of my frustration, responsive, resourceful, and had there not been one final issue with my product that broke the preverbal “camel’s back,” I would have kept the murphy ladder I purchased for $207.05. I liked the fact that when you become a Murphy Door customer you are assigned a concierge, mine was Alijah. Alijah was responsive regarding the delay in my shipment but it was Amanda who took over once it was finally received in a problematic state. The order was placed on 17Jul 2026 and received on 6Aug 2026. I notified Alijah immediately and Amanda took over managing the case on 7Aug and she was a pleasure to work with. Ultimately she got back to me on 13 Aug with a resolution. Separately I’ll review the product and the condition in which it was delivered.

Wow. After visiting your beautiful showroom, we were impressed with Mark's help, and ordered a door. Before we could get to our hotel, Savanah had texted me. Then she called and verified the order, everything was very professional on her end too! You guys are doing a great job! Thank you!!!

We ordered our first Murphy Door online. TBH, we were a little worried with ordering online given the dimensions and sizing. But, soon after the order was placed Vica Robertson (concierage) reached out to us and verified every measurements and options before finalizing the order through.
We get constant updates and have a direct line to Vica whenever we need updates. We are looking forward to receiving the door and installing it.

The quality of their product is great and their staff is simply outstanding. Soon after my order was placed, I received a call from Vica, who became my personal concierge for this order. She guided me through every step of the process. There was a snag with the order upon delivery but this was quickly escalated by Vica for resolution. The issue was immediately addressed and might I say that the issue received attention from higher management to ensure it was addressed correctly. It made it feel that they took personal interest in getting the issue resolved. I could not have asked for a better response. Vica has checked in through the installation process just to see if there is anything else they can assist with. I will certainly recommend their product to other people. Kudos to Vica and the rest of the Murphy Door team.
