Very speedy service. The coal burns well gives excellent heat. We burn it on a stove. Great value. Had terrible time with the delivery driver last year and to be honest the company did nothing by way of customer service, but this year the guy was super friendly and helpful, no issues at all. Because of the huge value for money I would recommend this company.

Coal delivered today from Murphy’s direct..Wasn’t there but my wife was and the delivery driver offered a excellent service ..He even filled the 2 bunkers with coal and the remaining coal stacked up neatly ..Didn’t get his name but thanks 👍

Nice lads delivering, I was on the way to hospital for tests when they arrived. Left them to it and all worked. Still have to put a match to the fuel!

Major disappointment. Ordered coal €490 on 28/11/24 told 3/4 days delivery. No sign and no contact. Rang them to be told they had no driver and hope to have delivered on 10th. No Sign rang again told 12th, no delivery.
Rang today to be told new driver left and it would be next Tuesday.
I canceled order, they didn't even have the manners to ring and say there was an issue or even try to compensate for inconvenience.
Very disappointed.
Won't be back and will not recommend.
UPDATE:
Today I received a phone call from one of the owners "Mitch" following up on my cancelation of delivery. A very pleasant man, he explained the driver issues he having in my region and unreservedly apologized for lack of communication and delay in delivery. He assured me he think the problem is solved and if I willing to accept delivery on Monday they will make sure it arrives.
I'm willing to give the a chance as I believe the main issue is with drivers.
Until next week. Stars are rising as I think him making the call deserves credit.
So part 3. Delivery came Monday and according to the driver I was lucky as he was not going back. Mainly due to stupid people thinking electric pallet trucks can run on soft or loose stone.
I was given a discount when I rang to pay. So I have to hand it to Murphys dealt with issues. Will buy again.

I write this review before I received my coal. I write it because I ordered it on 25th November, and still didn't receive it. Last time I bought coal online, from different shop, it arrived two days after I put my order in. I emailed murphys, asking if its on the way. They said, they get back to me. Two days passed, no reply.

I can honestly say the best service and quality.3 day delivery highly recommended
