Lovely shop, Lovely staff but totally let down on delivery service. Paid for a stove and delivery 50 euro fee to Listowel ..not miles away! Purchased the 24th Jan and despite contact by phone...still waiting on delivery. Now told will be delivered on 3 rd Feb...ten days is too long for delivery, especially local.

Have not yet received order. Was not clear the opening times for

Up to the piont of receiving the product the service was quite good ,after realizing that the product was faulty ,they had not really interested trying to take ownership for the product they sold me ,there take on it was to send it back and purchase another without offering Any such warranty, so unfortunately I have to gone the route of the small claims court to get my money back ,very sad thanks Lisa.

Fast delivery, great chairs, really good quality at a lower cost to other places I found around Ireland . Very happy customer.

Delivered very fast. Beautiful gilroy chest of drawers made beautifully really thick real oak on top chest of drawers looks hand made. I had bought bedside tables to match last summer now I have a lovely set

My favourite shop in Tralee, the team at fitzgibbons are so helpful. They have a gorgeous supply of furniture and accessories.

Excellent customer service , combined with quality goods, lots of time given to support and understand customer needs, making it a rewarding shopping experience .

Old tiles lifted in my house and some of them got broken they were an odd size no longer being made, but i would have to replace them all which was a huge job. I called to Fitzgibbon interiors in Tralee Co Kerry and dealt with a wonderful staff member called Lauren. Lauren decided to try and source identical tiles and identified a company in Spain and organized to have the tiles specially made and shipped to Ireland, This process took a couple of months it was worth the wait. The tiles were an exact copy and saved me a fortune. I have never witnessed such wonderful customer service, Lauren went out of her way to help me and i am very grateful to her. Fitzgibbon interiors is a wonderful company with high quality products. But staff members such as Lauren is their biggest asset. I look forward to dealing with Fitzgibbon interiors in the future and would like to thank the company. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Super fast delivery and great service overall!

On April 25th, I purchased the awesome Orion coffee table from Fitzgibbon Interior online and I was super excited for it to arrive. Next day, got a call saying it'd ship by April 30th. Waited eagerly, but April 30th came and went with no table in sight. Called them on May 1st, and they said it'd come by the end of the week. But, nothing showed up. Shot them an email on May 8th, and they promised it'd go out that same week. Finally, got it on May 10th. It's a real beauty. A perfect design for gold and marble coffee table. However, the courier left a huge tent-shape wooden pallet outside the house, and I don't know how to get rid of it. Plus, had to haul the heavy flat pack inside by myself. Thank God, no tools were needed. Despite the delivery being poor, I am loving the table so much. One of my best buys.

The chairs I bought have some black markings on the white cushions, it is not set up and there are no fixings. After reported they provide the fixings but I think they are not the right fixings for these chairs. For the black spots on the white cushions they said it was an manufacturer issue and made a small discount. I could not remove the markings and I am not happy with the result.Think twice while shopping from that site.
