Verry bad life's worst experience 3rd class bus

The worst experience ever I had with this Musafir travel agency .. especially with this Alex team from Sharjah

We loved the experience with musafir.com .. from booking flight to tour guide everything was perfect .. the tour guide guy was really kind,polite and respectful ..

After my last experience with Musafir.com based on Sharjah, UAE. I can’t recommend it to any as my experience was really bad. I had to change my booking. I called several times, they answered after my 3rd call and asked me to send an email explaining the matter. They did not reply. Then I called again, they gave me a lady number working in the agency who I called and she spoke to me with arrogance and refused to change the booking unless another representative ask her to do so although the agency representative told me she’s the one in charge. My flight is scheduled tomorrow at 10:10 AM and till now I’m unable to change the booking and at risk of losing around 7K AED! I can’t recommend this agency to any and ask everyone not to deal with Musafir.com.

Our recent experience with a Baku trip booking proved highly unsatisfactory, significantly impacting the overall travel experience. We strongly advise against utilizing Musafir for future travel arrangements.

Staff Priya was meticulously handling the Schengen visa appointment process. Appreciate her efforts.The agency is well experienced in handling visa application processing.

They only run their call centre from 9 am to 6 pm, but allow flight bookings 24/7. If you try calling them past 6 pm, you won't hear from them and then they say that their "system" won't allow any changes the next day since it's after midnight from the initial day. They also charge a lot more for cancellations or changes than the airline.

4N/5D trip.to amenia was wonderful. Well tailored Itinerary. Hotels provided were very good and in good locations. The travel agent that
musafir had partnered in armenia had conducted the tour very well. Guide Ms. Gayane was full of fun and energy. Was also very helpful in providing us with valuable information about nearby attractions, restaurant names etc. Musafir local team also co-ordinated the tour very well. Visa's were obtained for us all by themselves. It was a great help. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

I lived some of the most wonderful and memorable days of my life from 6 June 2025 to 13 June 2025 when I went with my family on a Package Tour of Europe. Tour itinerary was organized by Travel Management Company Musafir.Com, United Arab Emirates. We travelled to Paris, Switzerland and Germany. Everything was well-planned from day one. We were 21 members in the Europe Tour and all of us enjoyed a lot. Our Tour Manager was Mr. Yash Shah who has good knowledge of each country and the places we visited. Mr. Yash managed the tour efficiently and ensured that all the visits and activities were managed on time. I had travelled with my family to Singapore in the year 2023 on a packaged tour through Musafir.Com and the experience was excellent. We liked their services and hence chose them again for the Europe Tour. I strongly recommend Musafir.Com for your Travel related requirements and you will not regret it. In Srilanka,too the guide Sararth was extremely supportive and caring towards me throughout journey. Due to my limited timeline,as per iternary all site scene was promptly covered,hotel stay,food was good. Guide Sarath has done his job extremely well ,disciplined person, by going extra miler to take me beautiful location ,elephant safari,wellness spa ,wooden carving,tea factory ,spice garden and other site scene too covered.He possess good knowledge of country's history and geography and cultural values and buddhism principles.
I m glad that whenever I plan my trip with musafir,its a hassel free and being a solo female traveler, musafir staff does take an extra care for my safety and security till the end of my journey. Thank You Musafir for the making my travel dream truly adorable and loving like my family.

Maximize visiting tourists spots in a limited time. The local tour guide Ms Natia was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and gave detailed information on all places.

Musafir.com offers very good customer service, with a support team that is generally responsive and helpful. They work hard to make your travel experience as smooth as possible. Another useful feature is their visa assistance service, which is available for several countries and adds convenience for international travelers. There’s still a bit of room for improvement in response times during peak hours, but overall, the support is reliable.

Worst place to get visa from

My UAE visit visa got rejected because of them their unprofessional behavior and rude staff they don’t even give you reason as of why…

While I have been traveling to UAE from past 5 years and never once faced rejection.

One of the worst experiences ever do not avail their visa services the staff is unprofessional and once the money is paid they will surely get your visa rejected because they are unprofessional

Such a terrible travel company. We applied for a UAE tourist visa through them, and our visa got rejected. When we asked for the reason, they simply said, "We don't know the reason behind it."

We then contacted Amer at gdrfad.gov.ae, and he informed us that the travel agent (sponsor) must visit the GDRFA Branch – Entry Permit Section – to find out the exact reason for the rejection. Alternatively, the agent can contact them at +971 4 313 9999 and request to be transferred to the Entry Permit Section for further clarification.

But the travel agency didn’t respond at all. Complete silence – they left us on read and never followed up. Such unprofessional behavior. All they care about is taking your money. Once they've been paid, they stop responding altogether.
