I will not recommend them to anyone. These r very busy people. Even thogh u’ll cal them or msg them 100 times for business they will nver revert u back. Forget about service they r not even interested in sale.Better to go wd someone who’ll actually assist u or gv u after sales service.

Pengalaman yang teruk. 2 jam menunggu bas yang sepatutnya pukul 2.30 tapi bas tiba di terminal pukul 4.30! Dari kuantan ke KT tiba pada pukul 9.00 pm tanpa pit stop. Terrible service.

I applied for a visa through Musafir and on visa application some of the information that they did not know about me they just added by presuming randomly. Such as they made me unemployed on visa form, I am married and they marked me as single on the visa application plus they also wrote that I am uneducated and infact I am a graduate. Anyhow, they are so so unprofessional that when I complained they did not even want to talk about the mistakes and false information they wrote about me on visa application form. Worst part is that if they did not have all my information instead of asking me for the remaining info they just presumed and added wrong info blindly.

Professional in documentation and swift response and solution provided for the concerns raised during submission of visa application in VFS center.
Thanks for the support

I had approached Musafir Travels for my USA Visa renewal last month. I met Mr. ABDUR RAHAMAN from Abu Dhabhi Office and he explained about the procedure and Documentation. Since beginning of VISA application untill I get my passport with USA Visa stamped on it, he followed-up each and ever day and updated me with the status. I would like to appreciate Mr. ABDUR RAHAMAN for his dedicated service and professional approach.

I had a solo trip planned with Musafir to Kyrgyzstan, and it was a memorable one. To travel alone being a woman comes with its own challenges, but Musafir made me feel safe during the whole trip. The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. The hotel location was great, and so was the staff at Ramada. My itinerary was perfectly planned out. I would definitely recommend using their services and suggest all try out the Kyrgyzstan package. The country is beautiful to visit. Thank you, Team Musafir.

A special shout out to Burhanuddin, Teresa, and Shahzan for helping me throughout my trip to Kyrgyzstan. They were absolutely great and kind and guided me each step all the way.
