Hallo, ich bin über Amazon zu diesem Unternehmen gestoßen ,da ich aber noch die Platten für meine b&w zusätzlich brauchte habe ich mich direkt an music1st gewendet. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht, obwohl ich kaum englisch spreche hat er mir die für meine lautsprecher passenden Adapter herausgesucht. Das beste daran war der reduzierte Preis für alles. Ausserdem kam es super schnell bei mir an ! Ich kann das Unternehmen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

At the end they solved my problem fastly with the M10 thread adapters. I give 4 stars and not 5 because the shipment took more than 10 days and, honestly, because I expected a little discount. At the end the Gaia 2 (discounted, open box) + these additional adapters costed more than the brand new isolators. Maybe there's something wrong in the Isoacoustics policy relevant to the threads.

A slight delay in delivery with apologies - to be forgiven. No problem so far. All as expected.

I wouldn't recommend this seller.
First the subwoofer bought came faulty the power button didn't work nor did anything then the subwoofer has returned to be fixed and after that the subwoofer come back with visual damage and the store doesn't even want to take responsibility for the damages nor replace so I wouldn't Recommend this store
