They sold me a part they didn’t even have and apparently couldn’t get, charged me and waited days to tell me they wouldn’t be shipping it. I knew I should have bought through a retailer I’ve actually heard of and can trust. I would recommend buying elsewhere if you really need the part.

Ordered Parts from breakdown on the site and got 1 right part 1 wrong part. Had to wait on the order as i guess something was on back order and they never emailed me to let me know it was going to be delayed. I had to send multiple emails to them to get any sort of reply. When i got the parts and they were wrong i talked to someone and they verified that the breakdown and the parts list did not match. i waited another couple days after not hearing back from them after giving them the numbers off the machine i was ordering parts for. sent in a couple more emails and finally got a answer that they were ordering the correct part and it would be shipped soon as they got it. And in the shipping package was suppose to be a return label for the incorrect part. When i opened the package the part looked correct but there was no return label. I later was emailed a return label. It took me countless emails to get any kind of info from them. Normally if something is on back order ect you tell the person.

Mutton has treated me right on both pricing and shipping and handling on both purchases. They are at the top of my list for my John Deere parts in the future.
