Terrible .
Terrible. I ordered a £2.19 guitar hook, and then £24.90 was charged for postage. Once I spotted this rip off I tried to cancel the order. Sadly they said not possible, just refuse delivery when it arrives!! This way I would get a refund for the goods £2.19 , but not the £24.90 postage. Ridiculous , rip off company, do not use Muziker, ever.

We're really sorry that we weren't able to fulfil your expectations. Please accept our apology. At the same time, we're glad that you shared your opinion. We are not able to cancel the order once it is already dispatched from the warehouse, the only way is to refuse delivery from the courier and they will send the package back to our warehouse as refused shipment. Then full amount is refunded to our customers. The shipping fee to UK is such high due to fact, that we ship from warehouses based in Slovakia, EU, since UK is not part of the EU, there is tax and custom charges included in shipping cost.

Excellent customer service
The mark of a good company is how well they handle problems. I bought a very expensive 2nd hand trolley. It had a fault, but Muziker claims and customer service was brilliant. Took it back full refund and now have another in its place.
Very impressed.

I purchased a software license from Muziker. The product was in a sale, and the price was good. It took a couple of minutes for the license key to become available, but everything worked smoothly.

Un-acceptable service
I bought a small hanging hook for my guitar, cost was £2.19. Shipping the item was £24.90. !! When I realised the cost from the invoice, I immediately cancelled the order. Muziker refused to refund my order, indeed they said to refuse delivery when it arrived, so I could get my refund (£2.19) but the shipping would still be charged. This company is a complete rip off, and has appalling service.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t cancel your order because it had already been picked up by the courier, and we don’t have any influence over the order once it’s in their hands.
But please, refuse the package from the courier when they will try to deliver to you and the package will be send back to us automatically by courier. Once the refused package reaches our warehouse, we’ll promptly process a full refund for your order.

Excellent support from Raul and Marius…
Excellent support from Raul and Marius at Muziker after my purchase of Strymon’s BigSky plugin. The terminology ‘Licence Key’ (should be labelled Redemption Code) and Activation Code led to uncertainty as to how to activate the software in my DAW (they send you a Licence Key which you then have to input on the Strymon website in the Redemption Code section - this then generates the Activation Code you need). Both these guys got onto the case straight away and got me up and running. They said they would call me back, and they did. They said they would follow up and get the issue sorted out, and they did. I must admit I was sceptical about using Muziker initially but have to say my scepticism was totally unfounded. This was customer service at its best. Thank you guys.

Since we ship goods from warehouses based in Slovakia, EU and UK is not part of the EU, there is taxes and custom charges included in the shipping fee. Once you receive the parcel in UK, you are not paying any additional fees.

The description was wrong but they corrected and tested me fairly
The strap in both the title and the description specs states the strap is leather which for me was a crucial part of the purchase decision but it is not. It is vinyl and u can clearly feel it’s plastic and see the white plastic backing.
The form to request a refund is so long and complex I’m not sure I have the energy but I would happily return it
Update - since I posted this Muziker refunded me in full and corrected their product description. Credit to them for doing the right thing and
