I have found that Brightwheel has been super helpful! It allows me to communicate with the families quickly with a message or photo. I also really love the automatic invoice plans. It has made my life so much easier. The only downfall is the card transaction fees

It has definitely done a lot to update our check in system and payments. The parents are liking it alot with the updates but still trying to work out the kinks between working between the two locations. Communication is a little slow when needed questions answered.

I am an MDO teacher and just started using the Brightwheel app this school year. I have to say so far I'm loving it! It's so user friendly and easy to use. I get to update parents on how their child is doing throughout the day, post pictures and even send private messages if needed. I can clock in and out from work without any problems. I really love this app and so do the parents. It's the best!

As a parent and preschool owner, I highly recommend BW to any child care facility ! It grealt improve the parent teacher communication , either for the younger group of children ( infant/ Young Toddler ) or older classes in terms of academic activities. The app itself is simple and straight forward . Our school did a soft launch for 2 weeks and 90% teachers have no problem using it on daily basis.

Brightwheel offers teachers and parents a good, appropriate and simple way to communicate all information necessary during the school day.

Brightwheel has really worked so well for our preschool! The communication between teachers and parents have been incredible! It has simplified and bettered our checkin and checkout.

It is so easy to use! We love it! The payment system is so fast and I love how we can stay connected with our parents all day!

Our school has been using BW basic account for the past two years for check in and check out only. Recently we have upgraded to the premium account less than a month and we are loving it !
All the parents are super happy with real time update and the teachers receive smooth effective communication with parents fast without any delay !

This is our first year using Brightwheel. So far there are many positives. The customer service is great, as I have had several questions but they have walked me through it expertly. There are a few features still to learn but so far we are excited about it. We love the messenger feature on it. It's a great way to communicate!

The product is good but it's missing key features. For example credits on parents accounts are not able to be posted

I’ve loved how easy it is to add photos into Brightwheel and put simple captions. I can go back and edit if I need to, and the parents can see everything in real-time. Brightwheel also gives a way to directly message parents while simultaneously allowing my co-teacher and director to see the conversation. I never have to worry about a parent having my personal contact information because Brightwheel eliminates the need to do so. Parent feedback has been positive, too, with many saying how much they love seeing photos of their children throughout the day.

Brightwheel is a great app that allows parents to sign their kids in and out, talk with teachers and see their kids daily activities. It works great for teachers and parents!

It is the easiest app I’ve ever used! Parents at my job love it! We can communicate to parents so much easier and faster than calling ! As a teacher I’ve used another app called tadpoles and it was just okay .. this has more features and I haven’t had any trouble with it.. all the teachers can see all the messages from the parents so if I am in a room and I don’t see the message another teacher can tell me! I definitely would recommend this app!
