Good annual service always and very helpful with advice on recent request on changing tyre size.

My car service was carried out in a timely manner and the staff were helpful.

Outstanding Performance great team professionalism respect and expertise. I was flustered when I came in and they fixed it fast and without question. Exactly the same level service as 18 months ago, so very consistent despite being a completely new team.

Dropped in with a tyre puncture, they fixed it free of charge under warranty. Took an hour. Great service.

All work done as described. Was given a discount on the service and repairs unfortunately no one noted the discount on the invoice so when my wife came to pick up the car she payed the undiscounted price. Only discovered a couple days later when I saw CC statement.

I completed my pink slip renewal rego at Mycar Castle Hills on May8,2026, but I didn't know why a change wiper refill was required. Was it reasonable to add extra service for the brake check? So it is unnecessary to put an extra item on.

Booked in for rego check, told completion time on leaving car, returned shortly before that time, vehicle was ready and fully passed the checks
