Good service
On call and available in a location that is accessible through Metro. However, if you are coming through the metro, making it to the place through a Service Lift to the location was a bit challenging. However, called the office and they were able to guide me. Was pleasantly surprised with the free mycar Tyre & Auto Roadside Assistance policy on logbook servicing.

Great service
Called 2 days before and made a booking. Was given a good price over the phone with a discount. Dropped the car off in the morning and had my 4 new tyres by lunch. Great communication. Can recommend.

To replace a plastic brake stopper…
To replace a plastic brake stopper plug, mycar charged me $170. The part available on ebay/temu is for $2.
Will never visit for such small things as I could have done it myself. It was less than a 2 minute job.

Sam was great friendly and kept his calm despite the never ending fire alarm being tested at Castle Tower. Work was done quick and no worries. Will be bringing my Corolla in for its 96k treatment soon.
PS: didn’t know there was a Mycar that close to me. Will continue to frequent

So expensive
I was charged $180 for changing the engine air filter and cabin filter on a Mazda CX-5, while the retail price for both filters of the same brand is about $80 in total. I am confident that replacing these filters takes no more than five minutes.
How is the installation fee calculated in this case?
