MyCar, Claremont, WA couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. My Mitsubishi had failed an inspection. I drove it to MyCar. They just took my keys and sorted out the two ‘fail’ points there then. I couldn’t be more grateful! That afternoon my Mitsubishi passed its 2nd inspection. Thank you MyCar!

I have already provided this feedback to the store manager. I was especially annoyed that i was not advised that my car was ready, and was only sent a message when i rang the store at 4.45pm. When i spoke to the person in the store i told them that i would not get to collect the car intime as I worked 50min away and the store shut at 5.30pm. He assured me that it was ok as he would leave the key at the Shell Petrol station for me to collect. As I was walking to my daughters car i had borrowed for the day at this point, i told him that i would not get a chance to pay ahead of collection, but would pay once i got home. The Mycar person on the phone then finished up the conversation with no more information. When I arrived at the store to collect my car, the key had not been given to the Shell petrol station and my car was locked up in the garage. I was unable to access my vehicle until the next morning at 8am after which the store manager advised me that the car was locked up because i had not paid. If i had know this the night before (or if i had been advised earlier that my car service was complete) i would have walked back into the office got my computer going and pay the bill. As it was, I did not have my car until 14.5hrs after I had planned I was extremely annoyed. Had i being needing my car to travel away, or any urgent issues arose that i needed transport I would have been annoyed to the point of distraction. The store manager was apologetic for the very poor communication however, on this occasion thankfully it was just really inconvenient and not a situation where i really needed my car that night

I'm really thankful because they fix my tyre, but quite disappointed because the rim was marked all around probably with the machine while removing the tyre.

My recent experience with My Car was excellent. In previous years I had gone to have my car serviced with a Mercedes specialist. I decided to try the local My Car business. I was very happy with the way they looked after me. It was a very hassle free experience. They were very professional and did a good job. As a mature aged customer I was treated with courtesy and respect.

Had to cancel at last minute and there was no issue, rescheduled, price was upfront. Good communication. Will use again for sure.
