Straight forward explanations, helped diagnose issue with 2nd car seperate from the one that was worked on, great service and experience.

Booked in for service and to have aircon/heating looked at. Told the staff member I knew they would have to get a third party in to look at air/heating. Was told not a problem it would be done. Took car in and was told that I would be contacted before any repairs were done, never heard from them until I got SMS to say car was ready. Rang before picking up, was told they never got 3rd party repairer in and basic repairs were not done. They said they couldn't ring me because they were too busy.Only did log book service. What a waste, now have to take full day off from work to go somewhere else. Must be new staff as never been treated like this before from the same place. Won't be going back.

Great service from the team at MyCar. Had a flat tyre a few months ago. They fixed the tyre within minutes without charge. So I came back to get all 4 tyres replaced when they needed it. All booked in and fitted within 24 hours of walking through their door. Very happy!

Just a normal experience like any other service i receive from other mech out there. One thing to mentioned was picking up my car after hours was not very pleasant.
I was given a code (for key box) over the phone verbally number 50, but which actual code is 00000. Obviously is not hard to get the wrong code and that resulted in couldn't pick up my car that day. there's no one i can contact after hour at that time. Would be great if customer get a text on how the right code to unlock the key box.

Ease of booking and knowing upfront the cost...

I expected more dedicated service to the raised issues. I paid for an Essential Plus Service, however, I could not see any difference with the basic one. The answer "we don't know why" is not what I am looking for. Putting that aside, the staff was professional and the store was equipped.

Was able to obtain this specific tyre quickly when it was not available elsewhere for a few months

Khaled and the team at MyCar Endeavour hills are true professionals. Very humble and highly experienced, explain everything clearly and very fair on price. Will certainly be my go-to mechanics going forward. Highly recommended

Good service

The staff at my car were helpful in determining which major 3 brands of tyres best suited my HRV. They provided a competitive price and complementary wheel balancing. The alignment was completed as requested.
I received a text message to report that the vehicle was ready to be picked up but in fact they were still working on it when I arrived. Had to wait about 25 mins until the job was done. Also they failed to turn off the tyre deflation warning alert which is activated when wheels are replaced- I had requested this prior to job. On return the car was clean, the rims cleaned and the walls of the tyres painted.

Very Good Customer Service by the Service Consultant. Great eye contact and mentioned me by name. Understood my concerns with my vehicle.

Much better than my previous attendances and experiences.

Very happy with the service provided at My Car Endeavour Hills. When I took my car into the guys there, I needed new brakes, a service and new tyres, everything was explained very well, an estimate of roughly how much it would cost was given, and I had the car back in the estimated time. Great service, and a very happy customer.
