Opened their doors before the stated 8.00am to take my keys and details of services required. Called me to discuss additional items required and had car ready by 3.30pm. Car feels great to drive again!

The side mirror’s cover and light had been knocked off accidentally when reversing the car. The manager at mycar Neutral Bay came and had a look at the car and fixed it immediately on the spot and refused any payment. He was so kind, polite. I would not hesitate to go there for any car repairs in the future.

New favourite place for annual service
Had Audi in for annual service and a rego check and was very satisfied. Great price compared with others, and totally transparent with pricing during online booking platform which others don't do.
