Great Business to Deal with
Easy to book service and knowledgeable reception staff. All work appears to be done as requested and completed within promised time frame.
Appreciate the offers that came with the service like discount on logbook service cost, roadside service for 12 months and reduced Shell fuel price for an 8 week period. All the above assists with current cost of living pressures.

Conscientious
Sorted out the new tyres, managed to get stripped wheel stud out and put new one. They road tested alignment and they weren't 100% happy so rather than just saying tgatll do they readjusted and went again till perfect, car now handling great.

Happy with overall service
Happy with overall service. Mycar did not tell me what was included and what was an extra against a logbook service. Not sure that extra charge for pollen filter was needed for this service

They confirmed exact tyres I needed and price matched. Confirmed true fitting time and although logged wrong in-out time they adjusted to my time. Tyres fitted all warranties logged. Well done. Great Kuhmo tyres done
